Version 3.1.4 was released yesterday and it’s copatible, but I see that your support license is expired – that’s why you haven’t received automatic update notification. To activate automatic updates you’ll need to renew the support. Also feel free to submit a support ticket.

Updates to a product were supposed to be provided with or without the license or the support. Should not be required for support to get something compatible. You people make it compatible or else no one will buy it. And when the product itself costs 35 USD~ you ask for 130 to renew support and what is this? Get a life people… This is pure rape. With 4000+ Sales you still ask for 130+ USD for renewing updates.After every 6 months that is 130×4000 x 2 every year.

Manual updates are free for life. We submit new versions of our extensions to CodeCanyon as soon as we have them ready, that is, no later than they become available for automatic updates. Envato then takes some time to review submitted files before they are approved and available for download. Usually it takes 1-2 days, sometimes a bit more. We have submitted the newest version to CodeCanyon 4 days ago, so it should be approved any time now.

Automatic updates are not free and are not supposed to be free. This is an added functionality that is available for clients who have active premium support. You do not need this to get updates, this is only for your convenience.

I am really not sure where you got the $130 price. Support renewals/extensions cost around $11-24 (depending on when you purchase them) for regular license. Maybe you purchased an extended license?

Once again – you do not need to keep purchasing support extensions to get manual updates. They are free for life, just come a few days later due to Envato approval process.

@Paul, thanks a lot for clarification. Indeed I have an extended license. Still no matter what type of license support should cost same. Anyway I am happy I got it all now finally how it works.

Quick update – Envato has just approved the latest version of this extension. It is available for download in the Downloads section.

Regarding your concern.. Support pricing is determined by Envato and we, unfortunately, have no control over this.

Hi!

You can use internal sequence or order numbers for numbering of invoices. Please also note that for existing orders you will need to manually generate invoice on each of them.

Be sure that we’re not ignoring any questions – it’s just because of the time difference it may take some time to get the asnwer.

Its Working Thank you :) now im just having issues inserting the logo image, i choose an image from my library an save it. Then i try to print an invoice but is not showing the logo. Any suggestion ?? :)

It sometimes may happen because of file access restrictions on the server – you may need to insert server file path to that image instead of it’s URL.

Hello, I have a digital media agency. We are planning to buy this plugin for our clients who are using woocommerce. I have two question. They have all different types of invoices. Can we export custom invoices according to our invoice templates for our clients in excel format? (According to the dimensions on our paper format). Also, can we have different invoice types for payment types such as free shipping or local delivery in woocommerce?

Hello! I am considering buying this plugin for my webshop, but I have a presale question. I was wondering if it is possible to send an invoice automatically based on a order delivery date with this plugin. I want Woocommerce to automatically send an invoice if the delivery date a customer picked is reached. Is this possible with this plugin?

I’m afraid it’s not possible – invoice can be sent automatically based on order status (processing/completed), so you can try to implement the solution when order status will be changed on the specific date.

Hello, I need to be able to print a pdf for 2 seperate systems running on the same woocommerce.

We have a booking plugin called Awebooking and woocommerce point of sale, they both produce customer orders, but the orders are seperated. I am looking to print an invoice that will merge both orders on one invoice, I want to know if this is possible with your plugin.

Our plugin generates invoice based on one order only, so I’m afraid this might not be possible.

does this plugin support invoice corrections ? I mean if someone buy a product but after few days want to return it , can I have possibility to set a “corrective invoice” and pay back to the customer ?

one more question, can this plugin generate invoices in different languages and currencies ? I have a currency switcher and need to have possibility to print out invoice lets say in EUR in German, in GBP for British (in english of course) etc. is it possible ?

No, I’m afraid there’s no “corrective invoice” available, and different languages + currencies is not yet supported as well (but planned for future release).
