Great customer support!

I love this plugin! I purchased a copy back in January 2018 for a woocommerce site I need to print PDFs for shipping items to customers. This plugin fit the bill and was exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to configure and came pre-loaded with templates AND let me colorize those templates? Nice!

So when the need arose for the same ability on another site, I came right back here and purchased this plugin again. I installed it on the site I was working on and was sadly confronted with a server 500 error. This is not the fault of the plugin or the plugin in author as the site has a unique configuration with a lot going on.

I contacted the plugin author and explained that the plugin was returning a server 500 error and my log files were not showing why and that I could not allow access to the site as it is proprietary. After a very pleasant email exchange where I explained what the issue and circumstances were, the author offered to refund my money back. I really appreciated that he was open minded and willing to do what was needed to keep a customer happy.

I would like to also share, the authors on envato work hard and try to give solutions to our projects by providing their code and ideas at very reasonable prices. Please do not be so quick to rush in with a bad review without giving them the opportunity to work with you for a viable solution that is agreeable to all involved.

Again I highly recommend this plugin and its author extendons who I want to thank for their hard work, understanding and outstanding customer service. I am glad to be customer.
