Is it possible to change the destination name when it is X or Y ?
Example: if product is shipped from China, then goes de hong-kong, then to Germany. As dropshippers, we will need to replace China by “Our Factory” and Hongkong by “Transit deposit”.
If this feature exisit, I will immeditely purchase it. If not, it would be a very requested one by dropshippers.

Hello, I’ve been testing the free version of your plugin and it’s been great so far, I’m very impressed! I’m looking at the pro version and I’m almost ready to buy it. I only have one issue that I’d like your input on.
Is there a possibility to edit the tracking information text of the woo-commerce email? Currently it reads something like “Tracking number: XXXXXX by China Post”. I don’t want my customers to see the carriers directly in the email. Most of them won’t even click the tracking number anyway, I don’t want them to doubt us right away and get scared seeing China post or something.
Is there a way to bypass this currently? Would you consider adding text editing as an option to the plugin, either as a free or paid feature? Is there a file I can edit to manually hide that text from the transactional emails that I can implement right away?
The same issue appears in the tracking table, there’s no option to remove the Carrier name column, but I haven’t used those emails yet, but that will also become an issue in the future.

Currently, our plugin is available with Twilio, Nexmo, and Plivo SMS provider. We will consider adding integration with other 3rd party sms plugin like msg91 if our customers need it.

Hi , i’m already on the free version and when I update a tracking code for an item inside multi-item order it sends an update email with only the new code , can you put that with every item update the whole list of tracking links will be sent?

1. It depends on tracking service. Aftership and Easypost support it now.
2. This is not supported yet.
3. You can choose which order status to change to when you save tracking.

1. The tracking management function works for all orders but the add tracking to PayPal function only works with PayPal.

3. This feature is not available now. Tracking is still required. As some others ask about this as well so we will add this in future updates.

(Costumers always have their order numbers and of course their email) but they always contact us for tracking number. If you will make that costumer can track only with ID of order and email this will make our lives much easier..and also costumer’s because they will receive their Tracking ID and tracking report in second. Yes it will be added. At the moment, customers can see their tracking numbers on My account/orders https://prnt.sc/s54ycd and they only need to click on a tracking number to track, no need to enter anything.

Đối với trạng thái đơn hàng ngoài mặc định của WooCommerce thì bạn có thể dùng các plugin khác như order WooCommerce Order Status Manage, WooCommerce Order Status & Actions Manager… Khi đó bạn có thể chọn chuyển sang trạng thái custom(shipping…) tương tự như các trạng thái khác của Woo nhé.

So you mean the {order_id} in email does not get the result you expect? You must save the order number with a post meta, i think.

I tried the free plugin but when I import the tracking code, my orders are not updated and customer didn’t receive the notification email. I probably set it wrong.. do you provide installation service? I can buy this plugin and pay you extra to help set this up correctly.
