Is it possible to make a rule to expand all of the “%n item” fields under Purchased? Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u6vnevtd0xb9w8p/chrome_2016-09-10_19-16-07.png?dl=0

It is really annoying having to click every time on every order to see what products they. I’m using this to sort order before shipping.

No there is not a rule for that, if you want us to modify the plugin to have this feature, then I suggest you fill in our contact form on our website.

WARNING: We found this plugin to not work and the “support” department were rude and unhelpful and have refused to refund for the plugin. They demanded full access to your website and hosting in order to “troubleshoot” which is a violation of company policy and our customer TOS, otherwise they refused to help, and additionally threatening to “report” us. ”...we are not processing your refund and we are going to report this to Envato.” We will never buy any product from this company again. You’ve been warned.

As suspected, you do not have any problems – you just downloaded the plugin and wanted a refund.

A perfect example of this company’s self-serving attitude and all over $15.

Hi Just wonder if you have plugin for woocommerce where I can add another column in backend woocommerce >> Orders with tickbox. I’m looking for this kind of solution as I need to notify other employees if my order is completed and ready to post to customer. Or if Already was posted to customer.

You can use our status plugin to change the status of the order to ‘Ready to ship’

Do you intend to ugrade this plugin ? It’s not working as it should be in WooCommerce 3.0.4 ? thanks

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this problem with our plugin. Please can you fill in our support form found here http://actualityextensions.com/contact/ and our support team will be with you as soon as they can.

If we have added a custom field to an order, such as the order weight, will this plugin let us edit that value on the order screen if we need to adjust the weight?

No, it simply allows you to view other fields on the Orders page.

The plugin page states “Display additional columns using custom order fields but I’m not seeing my customer order/billing fields as options.

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Orders Page and then click on Save Changes.
