Lack of support.
No response at all for my reported issue.

Does not export order item meta fields. Poor visual and design quality on screen.

The settings disappeared and not fixed with the recent version like said by the plugin author

The plugin is not working with PHP 7.4
Have no updates and support is not working.

Hope it will be updated soon.

I was able to create a report and then all of a sudden all my profiles disappeared and I cant save profiles anymore.

This is an excellent plug-in that works very well and has lots of flexibility in terms of fields that can be exported and the format of the exported file.

In particular, it's one of the very few plug-ins available that will export fields from the Woocommerce Product Addon plug-in. The developer even amended the plug-in for me so it would export label data from checkbox fields.

Fantastic value at this price. I highly recommend this plug-in.

This product was exactly what I needed to export orders from a clients site.
