unresolved bugs - I have seen other people in the comments mentioning that the icons are not visible on the orders page. I also have this issue. I have installed the most current version. I will bring the rating back up once some bugs are fixed.
Do not buy this. Full of bugs, no longer supported. Author asks for FTP login to your live site before fixing bugs that are reported by 3-4 other customers which is very unusual and sketchy. Beware.
Only 1 of the 5 customers provided an FTP access in order for us to fix this. You still own this plugin showing you have benefited from this but poor feedback damages sales meaning less can be reinvested into development.
Some while ago I posted negative review about WooCommerce Order Status & Actions Manager. The main reason was bad response from their support team. I contacted them because I had some questions about plugin functionalities. I must admit that the response was late and wasn't in their response rate time but it was, as explained from their side, due to server issues. In the same time I also tried to contact them via firstname.lastname@example.org and I got response in within one day.
Now I am updating my review just because of their approach afterwards because they offered me help and they also answered my questions quickly. My advice for all the users would be to contact them via email because you never know what is happening with contact forms.
Thank you for the positive comments, which encourage more customers to buy allowing further investment into the development of exciting features.
The worst plugin ever made. Doesnt work. Nothing happens. he email is not customizable, doesnt send emails, terrible. I want my money back.
Sorry to hear that, we would like to fix this issue as soon as possible. Did you fill in our support form? We just ran some tests from our end and we can confirm the email function is working so it is most likely a bug on your end, the sooner you fill in our support form, the sooner we can fix this. Thank you.
I initially gave a 4 star review for bugs. Turns out the error was on me. One suggestion: step by step instructions for updating plugin from 1.7.* to 2.*.* (I couldn't find any in plugin documentation).
Thank you for the positive comments, which encourage more customers to buy and then reinvest in the development of more interesting features.
