Just a few question and issues. With the plugin enabled, I want to sort the incentive by price. Its means my first gift is for 20€, and free shipping is from 39€. Id like to sort it by price.

Also Id like to fix a problem, the gifts are added correctly in the cart when reach the price that I set in the setup page, but the active or progress bar doesnt show until it gets higher price in the cart.

I think its caused because its calculate without tax for progress bar.

How can I fix it?

Also Id like to know how to configure conditional incentives (if customer reached value for last incentive, he has free shipping but only last incentive without first and second one).
