In order to translate the plugin, please use a translation plugin like WPML, Loco Translate etc.
i purchased this plugin but for some reason i cannot change the product image size to not look blurry. i submitted a ticket for assistance setting up my preferences (or what you recommend as my preferences for product image size as this was not covered in the documentation) and a week later no response. went to check in and looks like this weekend you deleted my ticket. thank you for your terrible support…...
Your ticket must have been answered and if it got no reply from you, it was closed by the system. You will have to make sure that you have the right image size set in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Product -> Display. After that you will need to regenerate the thumbnails.
I have been checking back daily in hopes and wasn’t sure if responses may have wound up in my junk mail. Never saw a response to the ticket. Checked it last on Saturday it was there still no response. Then on Monday it was deleted. So I’m not sure as to why it would have been. The general practice is that completed tickets generally are closed and site for a bit before they are deleted. I felt ignored. I understand if you’re busy but that just felt rude. =\ also I checked under woocommerce>settings>product> display and changed all image sizes to 100×100px as the images are 80×80 px I couldn’t go any larger without looking too much resolution. I regenerated all images and it didn’t seem work. This is first.
