Nice plugin but I wonder if it is possible to also add a discount code to it that the user can use the next time somehow.
Also, below the banners, to have a space where to add some HTML code or shortcodes
Thanks for the suggestions. We will look into them shortly.
We have released v1.1 which has the option to add Custom Text/HTML/Shortcodes in multiple positions. You can add the Coupons as well there.
I am ready to buy this plugin, but can you please also add the posibility to add HTML/SHORTCODES on top of the general text YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED ( below the menu ) ?? This way, if we add a coupon code, it will be more visibile for the client than adding it below the address.
Also, is it possible to disable the latest posts on it ?
We are not sure if WooCommerce has hooks/filters to insert the Custom HTML/Text/Shortcode in that position. If it is there then we will include it.
Please note the Coupon has to be manually created and inserted in the Custom Text box and it is not automatic.
All Extra Options including Blog Posts can be turned ON/OFF as per your needs.
I like bundyflavour’s idea.
It’s not working, here is the error, the layout is very messy as in just added to the email page is this right?
Please open a support ticket with more details and please do forward the mail where the layout is not good to email@example.com. We will check it out. Please note we will get back to you on monday as our support isn’t available this weekend.
I opened a support ticket last friday
Please note we will get back to you on monday as our support isn’t available this weekend.
Our support is working on this problem which we believe is due to compatibility with older WC version. We will mostly release a fix in a day or two and will update the support ticket.
Very nice plugin.
Wondering if it is possible to designate which blog category/categories the post added to email can be pulled from? If it is, I will purchase right away as I have a project this would be perfect for. Thanks.
As of now this blog category/categories is not available. We will look into it next week and you can decide on purchasing after that.
We have added this option of Blog Post based on Categories in v1.3 which is submitted here for release.
I bought your plugin (also have the RAC and the sumo rewards) and I would ask a few things:
1- we could raise the banner size, instead of having two small banners, we could have one large occupying the two columns, or even more, but with one per line. We could thus have two banners by email
2- I think it would be interesting for the banners in random order. In marketing would be great, we would do some banners and they would be distributed randomly.
Great suggestions. We will look into them and if feasible we will add these features.
We have taken care of these suggestions in v1.3 which should be available in few hrs for download.
Hi, the plugin seems to have everything except product thumbnails. Please let me know if it is possible. Thank you
We already checked for the feasibility of thumbnails but it isn’t possible to enable this.
We checked it again now and it looks feasible. We will update you in a day or two regarding this feature implementation.
Great, it should be possible as there are other plugins that already support product thumbnails.Do let me know when it will be available and i will purchase the plugin. Thank you
The way other Plugins have done would be to come up with their own email templates. This Plugin is all about using the default WooCommerce email template files but still have these extra options.
This option is included in v1.5 which is available now here. Please check the screenshots.
Thank you but I don’t see it in the screenshots?
Also is the default email template responsive? Thank you
Sorry, it was old screenshots. We have submitted the new screenshots and should be available in few hrs.
Yes the WooCommerce email template is responsive though it also depends on your mail client.
Awesome plugin, as usual!
Hi there, pre-sale question, would this extension work in conjunction with http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-shipping-tracking/11363158? It provides a shortcode which I’d like to implement in the order email.
Hard to say without testing.
Will this plugin work with the latest version of Wordpress and with WooCommerce 2.5 version ?
It should work.
Works this plugin with wordpress 4.4.2 & woocommerce 2.5.2
I can’t find Woocommerce – > Settings -> Email -> WooCommerce Email Extra Options in woocommerce 2.5.2
Please open a support ticket at http://support.fantasticplugins.com so that our support can check it out.
Pre sales questions: can your plugin switch off certain email fields on the new customer order emails (set to site admin) I might want to hide ‘Quantity’ and ‘Price fields’. Also can I drag and drop the order of the fields in the emails?
We guess these features are not available in this Plugin.
Your plugin seems nice, and i’ll love to buy it.
I wanna be sure if i can actually display related products in the mail users get,
so it’ll show up in the mail with the picture. Is that possible? Thanks.
The option to display related products is not there. Thanks.
