REVIEW UPDATE: I did have an issue with the license key that was complicated to resolve, but as you can see from the author's speedy and helpful response to my issue, their Customer Support is very responsive and professional.
This is a good plugin that overall, works well and is good value.
Although this plugin is feature-rich, it hasn't worked for my site for quite some time. Our calculations are off by cents to hundreds of dollars sometimes because of that, I have had to use an outdated version from years ago. Now that version is obsolete.
I opened Ticket #3058251 in 2022 where I was told the update would fix the issue. The update did not fix the issue and it's now May 2023 and I'm expected to pay for more support.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND WOOCOMMERCE DEPOSIT - PARTIAL PAYMENT PUGIN
We have been using the plugin for 7 years now and never had an issue. The plugin is used as front end application on WooCommerce sites and is used by customers to make partial payments for product and services. In case anything in WooCommerce is not functioning, this can have financial impact and consequences on the business. Thus one must be careful in selecting a plugin that can be trusted. This plugin and the support team behind the plugin is highly recommended. Issues can occur but the support team is effective, efficient and highly knowledgeable in identifying the problem and provide prompt resolution, not found elsewhere. The support team understands the business consequences which can occur from downtimes and thus do the best to resolve the issue promptly. Look at all the latest release notes and updates, you understand the quality assurance this plugin provides along with knowledgeable set of support team. Hence, they deserved this rating and recommendation.
This product works well, and when we had a glitch [not the product's fault] the customer support was excellent, and pointed us to the fix very quickly.

The plugin can't be used on all payment walls, and customization are no available on the plugin or with the plugin creator.

Please note that our plugin works with major gateways but the problem in the gateway you are using on your site is caused by the gateway, not our plugin. We have also provided suggestions for developers that can handle customizations.

This is an extremely useful and well-designed plugin for any business that needs deposit and balance payments. Unlike many competitors, it allows you to create payment plans with a fixed date for the balance and then asign each product to its payment plan. The inteface is clear and easy to customzed. I had a little problem with the configuration and the support team was prompt, kind and helpful in resovling it. Higly recomend it!

Worked well for us, feature rich. After a few months it started conflicting with another plug in. Their developers are working with ours, very responsive. It happens and I am sure it will be sorted soon.

The plugin works well, but the real star of the show here is the support. We're using dozens of WP plugins, but I've never encountered any plugin's support that works so hard to please the customer!

The plugin does exactly as I required for my bookings site, saving much time and effort (to address the knowledge gaps) in manually trying to add (to not even the same level) the functionality.
