Please go to WooCommerce >> Settings and click on the “Deposit” tab, then set “Taxes Collection Method” to “Collect taxes with second payment”.

Hi there, I have been puzzled with 3 questions before buying the plugin (WooCommerce Deposits – Partial Payments Plugin), could you please kindly offer some help? Question 1: If we use this plugin in our site, how will the refund arrange when the buyer wants to return the goods. Question 2:Is this partial payment can only be paid in 2 times? Can we set a 3 period payment for one order? And when the buyer pays the first part of amount, will we get the money at the same time? Or we will get all of it at once? Question 3: How can we be sure that the customer will pay all the money in the end, if there is any insurance for this? Thanks in advance. Skyler

Hi there,

1. You can process refunds directly from within an order manually if your payment gateway supports it.

2. Unfortunately yes, the total amount to be paid can only be divided into two partial payments (deposit and second payment).

3. There is no guarantee that the customer will pay the second payment as the plugin does not store their payment information.

Thanks!

Thank you so much~

Hello

What i m trying to do , is create an order in backend with a deposit amount that will be paid manually and should be defined as paid at this stage, and then i will reopen order on POS (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-point-of-sale-pos/7869665?s_rank=5) and get the client to pay the remaining amount on order. How can i do that could you assist on integrating with POS plugin?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, we can’t help with the integration with a third-party plugin. However, we can assist on the first part. You can create a new order manually, add the products and set the deposit amount. Then you can change the order status to “Partially Paid”. The hyperlink titled “Customer payment page” behind “Order status” can be sent over to the customer to complete the payment and pay the remaining amount.

Thanks!

Good, I’m trying the plugin, my products have a base price of 0 euros, and then it goes choosing attributes and the price goes up, but the plugin does not work, I understand that it crashes when I see the price of 0
