Using this plugin with Woocommerce Bookings, is it possibile to automatically take the second payment N days before the booking start? Es. if the user buy an excursion for 20th April, on the 18th the second payment is taken. If is not possible to take payment automatically, an email can be sent with same option (N days before?). Assuming I use Stripe Gateway, how second payment is processed? Thanks

My apologies for the late reply, our plugin does not offer automatic payment collection , Customer can make balance payment using one of the following ways :

After successfully paying deposit, customer receive an invoice which contains payment information and a link to make partial payment. customer can find “PAY” button if they login to their ” My Account” page in orders section. admin can choose to set up a partial payment reminder email, which can be adjusted to be sent after X days from deposit payment. This email contains a link to make partial payment admin can choose to manually send partial payment reminder email anytime from order editor page. In case the user is a guest, they can only make payment using link provided in email. Thank you.

Is this plugin working with woocommerce subscription (auto charge)? If so, is there any document or video showing how it works with the subscription? (like what is possible what is not possible etc…)

Hello, It had been a while since we tested functionality as it is uncommon to use deposits plugin with subscriptions since the subscription is recurring. Based on last tests, the deposit rules apply only to the upfront payment + first payment ( total amount of product during initial checkout). After order is created, the subscription and partial payments are processed differently.

Unfortunately there is no demo currently for deposits + subscriptions. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

We have not tested our plugin with “YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List” so we cannot guarantee compatibility, but our plugin uses woocommerce proper hooks and best practices for data handling and display so if the data on YITH plugin is retrieved via woocommerce methods then there should be no issues.

Yes it is possible to change the due date for any partial payment by navigating to the partial payment editor page and changing the date field in sidebar metabox titled “Partial Payments”.

​When using a store credit we issued with Smart Coupons for Woocommerce, the coupon amount disappears/zeros out at checkout.

I tested by deactivating all plugins and it is related to this one being active at the same time.

Both plugins are updated to the most recent versions avail.

I think you are referring to the user”charmingfare” comment, but that turned out to be a conflict with custom code used.

I can confirm that if the issue can fixed on our side by modifying our plugin code or by providing a code snippet.

However, if issue is caused by a part of smart coupons plugin code of which result cannot be modified by actions / filters ( highly unlikely) then we will provide exact details of the issue and what needs to be changed on their side.

We have not tested compatibility with Motors. So, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee its compatibility with our plugin.

It is possible to change deposits to work as cart-based and for buttons during checkout by enabling “Checkout Mode” in plugin settings.

We have already tried using several plugins and none of them worked, since there is only a general plugin setting, and we need each seller to be able to configure it on their own in their store. Can you please tell me if your plugin will work like this? I don’t want to buy something that I don’t want to use later. Hi, the plugin is working with PayPal but with RazorPay payment plugin, it’s not redirecting user to confirmation payment even after payment becomes successful.
