If the payment plan is to pay is 3 payments. Is it possible to view only the customers that have now made the 2nd payment? Will the payment be marked as overdue after specified payment due date?

Currently, the plugin does not provide reporting for viewing customers who have made the 2nd payment in a 3-payment plan. Additionally, the plugin does not automatically change the order status when a payment is overdue.

Hello :) Is there a way that we can set a date for full payment to be required if the customer has missed the early window of time for purchasing with a deposit? Basically want to switch from offering a deposit to requiring payment in full at a given date.

Can you use custom woocomerce payment gateway plugins, we are in South Africa and use Payfast, Yoco etc?

Our plugin supports major gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, and Square, as long as they follow WooCommerce standards. However, we have not tested custom WooCommerce payment gateways like Payfast and Yoco in South Africa, so we cannot guarantee compatibility.

Hello, we have your plugin installed on a website but for the past few weeks it is stating that an update is needed to Version 4.1.15 but going to codecanyon doesnt allow us to download an update and on your website the changelog page is broken and on codecanyon it states Version 4.1.14 is the most current. I realise we no longer have support but wondered why we are always notified of an update if there isnt one available? I did try to do this via support but because support has expired you dont even allow to ask a question.

Thanks I will just wait until it is available via envato then, just wanted to make sure the plugin on our website hadn’t been hacked, but if there is an upcoming update of 4.1.15 all is good. Our website must be premature add finding an update before its released.

We would like to use your plugin to enable different installment payments where users could choose whether they would like to pay the full amount or rather in 2/3/4 etc. installments. It seems that your plugin enables that. But we’re wondering what happens on the date of the next installment payment? Are users automatically charged (we will enable only Stripe payment) or do they just receive a reminder that they have to pay?

If they’re automatically charged, what happens if they have insufficient funds on their bank account?

If the user is a guest, they can only make payment by using the link provided in the email.

It could be an email from the account and I changed it and I no longer have that email. I thought you could check with the purchase code

Thank you for letting us know. The issue was fixed.

Where can I submit a bug report? We have an issue with the woocommerce_deposits_cart_deposit_amount filter that WORKED for past versions, but one of the updates broke it. We were setting a minimum deposit amount via this filter, it works fine during the full checkout until the order is placed and the emails is sent and order saved. Then the amount set via that filter is ignored and it shows wrong value in “Future Payments”.

Again, this is a bug, because this WORKED for the past 3 or 4 years and works fine until the order is saved in db. it shows different values during checkout (correct) than in the summary/email screen (incorrect – does not take into account woocommerce_deposits_cart_deposit_amount in the future payment field).

We made multiple tests using this snippet and the filter was working fine on our tests. Perhaps there are other factors in your case which are causing the filter not to function properly.

I bet that the calculated amount for deposit was higher than 70 and why it was working fine, because the filter was ignored. I tested this on fresh install with latest woocommerce and only your plugin installed and only this snippet and got the same wrong results.

Hello, We created a critical ticket on your support page #3411060

We are currently trying to configure an event (and event tickets) in order to be able to select Pay in full or Pay Deposits as options for the Related URL event.

We need to configure a $350 Deposit (optional, the customer should be able to pay in full if wanted) and the rest in a Payment Plan (let’s say the rest in a single future payment) as this event doesn’t have a product page but the ‘Add to Cart’ functionality it’s taking the default Pay Deposit option (Plugin configuration) instead of giving the customer the possibility to pay in full. We are also unable to enable the checkout mode as this will apply the default payment plan to all products instead of giving the option to selected ones, so checkout mode is also not an option to show the customer the pay deposit | pay in full selector.

Is there a configuration or restriction the plugin can set in order to enable pay deposit | pay in full functionality for selected products or in this case the event tickets? Is there a way to restrict checkout mode for selected products?

Also, what does the “Enable Future Payments” does it enable the customer to make the future payments or not? The description is not clear on the settings.

We are planning to do that. Currently all parts of our plugin are compatible with it except for payment reminders which we are working on. Declaring compatibilty is turned off by default but it can be enabled ( for testing) by using the following code snippet :

I have a question about the “full payment” email that WooCommerce sends. When someone pays the remainder of their deposit, but their credit card is declined, and then they input another card and it is successful, the email that WC sends over shows “failed” by the future payment (even though it was eventually successful). This is confusing for the store owner. If I renew support on this, can you help fix this?
