Hello, I have a “little” problem, When I try to use it on a page, example as a product loop. with page builder (wp backery), simple it brake the page, and the page doesn’t load more. I remove the module from the page, save, and the page still load without problem, please can you help me? Regards LC

I just purchased this product and installed the plugin. However, the plugin is not correctly working. I tried activating the shop page template 1 and then template 2 while disabling most plugins, but the shop page looks very weird whenever I activate a template. The categories appear in large icon on top of the shop page but the actual product area at the bottom show no changes. No gridlines in the actual shop. The actual shop page is still just sitting on a white page. Any help, please?

And the main problem: When i choose one of the variations it doesnt change the short description and price. but this is super important. does this not work?

Currently on template creation for single product, the customization for wpbakery classic mode is not activated or cannot be selected. Can you please help on what can we do to reactivate this. WP Bakery classic mode is working on Pages edit but not working on that specific page type only.

Hi when using your plugin, I am not getting products prices, please disable and enable you plugin to find out what is the problem.

When I use a custom layout for a product, there is a small row of white space (about 20ish pixels high) on top of the page, above the entire content-area div. All of the margins, padding, and borders have been set to 0.

The white space only appears on pages using a custom product layout template. Products using the default theme layout do not have it, other posts and pages do not have it. Please advise. I am trying to use a full page hero image on a product page and having the white space on top of the page is very jarring.
