The plugin’s export/import tool does not work. Though it does import the user from the exported file, it scrambles the details. What that means is that one users billing details will be someone else’s name.

as you can test in the demo site, that feature works as expected.

Please make sure you are running the latest 26.8 version of the plugin and that the import file you are using has been properly formatted.

Good morning, before buying I have two questions: 1) When do the customers appear in the manager? Do the customers appear as soon as you register? Or do the customers appear as soon as you have placed an order?

2) Is it possible to create an individual customer number for the customer? This customer number must be visible to the customer in the customer account in WooCommerce. Also, the customer number must be included on the invoices or in the confirmation email.

  1. Customer appear in the main section as soon they register. In the “Guest” tab instead, are listed the guest customer that placed at least one order

Hi Vanquish, Regarding Customers Manager and Multiple Address Plugins, Are they linked? Which Means, Customers with 3 or 4 addresses will be shown at Customers’s detail page at admin area?

no they are not linked. The Customer address book, won’t be listed in the Customer details page. In will only list the current Billing and Shipping addresses selected by the user when performing the last checkout.

Hi We have just installed you WooCommerce Customers Manager, however, when we try and sort registered customers by order (by clicking on the title bar) or setting the default sort to orders it crashes and goes to our 404 page. We have just under 4k of registered users. Is there another way we can sort this? Do you have any suggestions that will allow us to do this? Thanks Terry

unfortunately there isn’t any other way to sort. It might be that your server hasn’t enough resources to compute the data.

To have however more clues about the cause of the issue, please try enabling the WordPress debug mode and debug log ( https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/ ). To do that just insert the following lines in the wp-config.php you find in the root you of your site:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
reperform the test and see if in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder are reported more clues!

Yes, as you can see from the changelog (on the bottom of the plugin description page) the plugin is continually updated. The last update has been released in May of this year.

Hi there – the “Convert guest account to customer account” option when viewing an order does not work on version 27.1. It just says “successful” but when you reload the page it does not seem to do anything. Will this be addressed soon?

I’ve just performed some tests and all seems working as expected.

Hi, the issue you are experiencing is related to the fact that the function acf_update_setting() seems to be undefined. That function is defined by the embedded ACF Pro core library and it sounds very strange that only in your specific installation it is undefined.

It might be that some of the files have not been properly installed. Please try performing a clean installation of the plugin by completely remove it and re-installing it (eventually via FTP).

I Found a Bug: Guest to Customer Convert works fine but I had WP Mail SMTP Installed and I send all of the mails through WP Mail SMTP. The issue is when we try to send the Email to customer, about login information, It doesn’t send it because, your plugin does not create a Subject Line so it gets failed. Can you fix this issue?

I’m sorry, but there isn’t anything to fix. The plugin always create a subject. In that specific case, the default subject is “new account”.

I successfully installed the plugin, but at the customers area half of the clients aren’t clickable…so i can’t enter their profile! Why? Also a question…can i block threw this plugin a client from ordering again under his name/e-mail or adress?

To convert you can eventually increase the number of displayed customers, mass select them, and then click on the convert button: https://nimb.ws/AKfwPF

If you are experiencing any issues, try giving a look at the browser error console to see if any further info is reported. There could be an interference by a 3rd party plugin that is including its javascript files in all admin pages instead of in just its pages. Those files might be interfering with the plugin javscript files. If this is your case, try eventually disable all of them and reperform a conversion. If you are not experience the issue, re-enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, try reporting the issue to its developer!

I use 30 plugins so doing this on a live project isn’t really easy. I’ ll have to settle with knowing that there is a bug on this feature. Last thing, is there a way to show more entries at the main clients page? There is a selection on Guest but not on Registered Customers…

Before proceeding, I suggest disabling the other 3rd party plugins to see if any is interfering. Furthermore, it seems you are using the plugin for more than 6 months. Is this the first time you are experiencing the issue? If so, what action did you performed after which you experienced the issue? Did you install any plugin that alters customers or orders?

Hi, I bought both customers manager and extra fields, trying to import customers without success, just want to confirm that do I have to inluclude all the columns in my import csv or just the columns I need to import?

Hello, Your plugin looks great and like the solution I’ve been looking for. However, I have a couple presell questions. I currently have a different site that doesn’t use WP or Woocommerce. So I have to import my customers into Woocommerce. I only request my customers to register name, surname, email, date of birth and country. Also, all my customers must have an account to purchase and they can also register without purchasing.

Taking that into account:

1.If I prepare the CSV file with the info from my database, all my cusomers will be imported as guests or as registered?

2. Is it possible to include the register date I have from the previous site?

3. Can I include the date of birth as a metadata? and if I do, will it show on the table of customers as a new column?

4. Regarding the other custom fields in the registration/checkout form (birthday). I have a plugin that allows me to include new fields in both the registration and the checkout forms in Woocommerce. When a person registers and fill their birthday in that custom field, will that custom date be added to the customer details?

I was checking the User Extra Fields plugin, and I noticed it says that the custom fields can show its content in the WooCommerce Customer Manager customers table, each field in its own column.

So, I want to check if this would work if I buy both plugins,

1. I use the User Extra Fields plugin to create the registration forms, including the custom field “birth date” 2. I import my current database (that has the custom field birth date) using the WooCommerce Customer Manager plugin. 3. Link that birth date I imported with the birth date created as a custom field in User Extra Fields.

Would this let me display the custom field I imported in the customers table? And if I understand correctly, from that moment forward, whoever registers will have their birth date included and displayed on the customer table.

1. Is it possible to change the order of the meta fields?

2. I saw it is possible to delete meta fields on each user (like admin_color), however I would like to know if it’s possible to delete those fields for all the customers and guests at once instead of having to delete it on each one?

3. Is it possible to change the colors from purple to blue?

Hi! With the customer notes – my client wants to have notes that are internal only and the customer not see them. I can’t see this feature working on the demo site. Does it also allow mulptiple notes to be added?

Is there anything special that needs to be completed when running the export from one site to the import of another?

The export runs fine all customer contact data in the export but the import runs states it completes 100% but nothing imported?

no it doesn’t require any particular action. If you are importing using the same IDs, make sure that there aren’t any existing users using the same login and email address assigned to the one you are try to import.

Without any further clues, it is however hard to detect which is the cause of the issue.

Hi i have an issue possiblly? slow and sometimes crashing, my servers CPU at 10.2% when searching and RAM usage just over 2% searching for a customer with 80K customers? Possible issues elsewhere?

the plugin to perform its operations has to perform several computations. I’m sorry, but unfortunately, computations don’t come at zero cost. So with a large dataset to process, if not using adequate hardware, you might experience some slowdowns.

thanks it is odd its taking 78.3 seconds to load the plugin so wasn’t sure if there was an issue my cpu and ram dont even move when clicking on the plugin so i know the server is not under any stress at all mystery.

to load the plugin, do you mean accessing the Customer area? In that case, yes you can be experiencing some slowdowns in case you are using a large dataset with non-adequate hardware.

You should eventually contact your server maintainer to have further investigation.

What I can say is that the plugin, as you can test in the demo site (https://codecanyondemo.work/wccm/ ), even in a cheap shared web hosting solution, runs without any particular issue (in the demo site, the dataset is about of 5k users).
