Tuttavia abbiamo notato un errore molto grave dopo l’installazione del plugin, cerco di spiegare:
viene persa “a volte non abbiamo capito quando” associazione tra ordine e cliente. L’ordine esiste ma risulta associato ad un cliente 0.
Perde associazione cliente ordine.
Dopo la disattivazione del plugin questo errore non si verifica.
Spero mi puoi aiutare in quanto il plugin è molto utile.

Dovrei indagare un pò pià a fondo per capire la causa di questo bug. Ti faccio alcune domande:
Uso la versione: 8.9 (acquistata un mese fa circa) non mi è stato segnalato nessun aggiornamento in automatico.
Dove la trovo questa opzione? nel plugin in options non la trovo, se quella di wp è impostata su No.
Ho Usato il plugin per sapere i clienti che avevano un prodotto (ci sarebbe piaciuto se il plugin avesse separato i clienti per lingua nella quale si sono registrati, usiamo WPML) ed inviato loro una email. A questo proposito ti segnalo che dopo aver inviato email si perde il contenuto dell’email.
Se abbiamo la necessità di avere dei lavori personalizzati in WP saresti disponibile?
prova ad aggiornare il plugin all’ultima versione (la 9.6). Ho corretto diversi bug dalla versione 8.9. Puoi scaricare la nuova versione direttamente dalla pagina del plugin.
La funzione “Guest list” la trovi nella pagina “Customers”. In cima troverai due tab “Registered” e “Guests” dove vengono rispettivamente elencati gli utenti registrati e non. Nell’ultima versione del plugin ho esteso la funzionalità “Guest” anche al “Who bought” (cioè adesso è possibile sapere anche quali clienti “Guest” hanno acquistato un certo prodotto).
Per quanto riguarda il contenuto delle email, cosa intendi esattamente per “si perde il contenuto”? nel senso che non viene salvato lo storico delle email inviate (in questo coso ho già questa funzionalità nella mia lista delle cose da implementare)?
Per quanto riguarda l’attività di consulenza, non offro piu servizi del genere perchè ho poco tempo da dedicargli.

unfortunatelly WCCM din’t support for that plugin, so you could not choose to assign a group to a customer during the creation.

For now you have to manually overwrite the default .po with the one you have translated after a plugin update.

Hi there, I just bought and installed your plugin, no problems. However, when I export my customer list there is no column for what product the customer has purchased (I have 2 products) so I can’t use the CSV file to send to the fullfilment house as they will not know what to send – how can I add a column on the export CSV to show what product has been purchased? Please help as this is for an independant film company who are about to send out a new film release!
Also I notice that special language characters get output incorrectly – example LÃ¶vnÃ¤s 990 (Swedish) PlÃ¶ÃŸberg (German) ÏƒÎ±Î´Ï† (Greek), any ideas how I can stop this?
If I use the ‘discover by’ option just to export DVD not all the orders are output (only 1/3), I have also tried using sku/product code but this is the same result
The plugin does not go past 235 orders…there are over 500 of each product!
For what concerns products exportation, the plugin has not be designed for this kind of purpose. It only export customer personal data, not order and purchased products.

For what concers special language character, the plugin creates the .csv file using UTF-8 encoding. So you should use a csv editor that supports that encoding or you can import the .csv file to excel using this guide:

As the features in the plugin have the capability to filter products by sku etc, and then output a list (per sku for example), then export via CSV, the issue is that it can do this but stops at 235 customers. I think you should alter your sales description as it is misleading, I purchased this plugin to export customer addresses for fulfillment purposes, now you say I have to buy another one? Perhaps if I send back the plugin you can exchange it for the correct one?
Excuse me, but I don’t have well understood your issue. Let me recap to see if I understand: You are try to generate a custom customer list using the “Discover by order” feature, right?
You chose a product to discover who bought it but during the list generation, the plugin freezes, right?
In this case, if you could give me a backend access I can try to analyze why you are experiencing this issue in your installation. If so, please send me login info using private messages (click on my name and the use the lower-right box to contact me)
Furthermore, It could happend that plugins can have issues for some site instalaltions (due two 3rd plugin conflicts, theme conflict, server configuration, etc.). The plugin has been tested by many other clients of mine with databases of 10000-15000 customers, with any problem but this not means that it couldn’t have issues in some site installations.

Hi, just purchased the plugin but I’m having a problem now. Customer list displays nicely, but guest list “computes progress”, stops at 100% and does not display the list. There are not that many orders on our shop, about 250, so something else is stopping the list from displaying. Any ideas?
this kind of issue could depend on many factors like 3rd plugin conflicts, unexpected behavior during data processing, etc.
To try to determine why you are experiencing this kind issue in your installation, I should have a backend access.

The error you are experiencing is because you are trying to install the whole .zip file that contains the plugin and the documentation.
You have to unzip that file and install the file named woocommerce-customers-manager.zip

For what concerns data import is quite simple: you have to use a .csv file that has column names as specified in the import page.

You have to fill the columns with the customer data you want to import. I hope it helps.

Hi, I have successfully exported all customers, the page says “done!” but no download button… where do I find the exported file? Thanks!
When exportation process finishes automatically will pop up a download dialog by which you can download the .csv file.
If this not happen there could be an issue with your server configuration that doesn’t allow to download .csv file or with your browser. Could you try the live demo site and tell if it works? if it so, is a your installation issue or if you are still not able to download the .csv file is a browser issue (you should try to update the one you are using or use a differn one).

I just bought and installed your plugin ‘Woo customers manager’. The installation worked fine, but unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t work; no results are displayed, whatever query is placed. There are 3 products bought.

yes maybe I know why. For security reasons, the plugin doesn’t list Administrators in the customer list. It will list by default user with the “customer” role (but you can also list user that have other roles. You can configure displayable roles going in the plugin option menu).
If so, please use user with other roles to do tests (like “Customer” or “Shop admin”)
Hi there. I have just bought this plug-in and it doesn’t seem to work with my system.
I’m running a ‘University’ theme, and use Woo Commerce to handle registrations of courses. Effectively a course is a product, and someone buys a product for £0 to book their place on the course.
I have already installed SmartManager Pro which shows that orders have been received (and I can see this through the standard WooCommerce report function) but when I go into your plugin, I get 0 customers in both registered and guest (people don’t need to register to book a course).
The main reason for buying your plugin was so that the University could list by product and then click on your “Who bought?” icon, to get a list of everyone on that course.
I have looked at your documentation and it seems as if it should work straight out of the box. Can you let me know if there is anything I need to do to get this to work properly?
I think that you are experiencing this because to your customer are not assigned standard woocommerce roles. You should go on the plugin option page and select all the existing roles.
If it not fixes I would need a backend access to do some more investigations to understand why in your installation you are experiencing this issue.
Hi. When I go to edit a customer, I don’t want to change the password, however it will not let me save the record unless I enter something there. How do I get around this?
To not change the password, leave it empty. The plugin will mantain the old one
on my version its not allowing it. It is marking the passwords boxes in red and says password fields are required.

I mean, If I add extra fields, will I be able to import those file with a csv file using the Import featured already included in the plugin?

How do you import the Customer role? Also I’m testing import function with a list of 20 customers in csv file. More than 20 (I think 27) are imported with odd numeric username and error message about email address example error message: email email@example.com is already taken. Very disappointed so far.
numeric username is generated when the “Login” column is left empty.
For what concerns the error message “email firstname.lastname@example.org” is because already exists an account with that email associated (you have to delete the old user or use a different email address).
To import the customer role, you have to add a column named “Role” specifing an user role like: “customer”, “subscriber”, “shop_manager” (I noticed that in current version on Import page the “Role” column explanation is hidden, I’ll release shortly an update).
I have no blanks in the Login column and no duplicate email addresses.
Also, after looking at your documentation I need a refund because there is no documentation..

For what concerns refound, there is no problem.Authors cannot directly emit refound because we take only a percentage for our sales.

For now, by default, when you add a customer will be created with “customer” role.
But I can easily extend the plugin to add the user role selection (you can also assign multiple roles) during adding process. I’ll release shortly an update.
For what concerns the translation of the email text,
In the new version you will find a file under woocommerce-customers-manager/language directory named woocommerce-customers-manager-de_DE.po.
A .po file is a file containing all the theme/plugin static strings that can be translated.
You have to edit and translate strings contained in this file using a .po file editor (for windows I use https://poedit.net/). Opne the file and search for this strings:
