Hi, i have a quick presale question: if a customer buys a pack of 4 the stock is reduced by 4 – if the order is cancelled afterwards is the stock restored by 4 so that the initial stock level is in stock again? thank you in advance!

Hi! I came across one bad issue. When plugin is active I can not edit order items and order status in admin. When removing item from order it shows constant loading. After status change loads page with insufficient rights warning.

Does the stock get calculated for the different stocks based on the stock multiplier?
Example stock level for the product is 100 and we sell in x1, x6 & x15 Stock x1 = 100 Stock x6 = 16 Stock x15 = 6
now we got a delivery of this product and we have 200 so we add this to our x1 stock does this get calculated and updated to the x6 and x15?
And does this work with parent stock management? so parent stock management 100 and we sell in x2, x6 & x10

Does this remove quantity from one source location? I sell stickers in packs of 20 and 50 only. If I have 30 stickers left in stock and someone buys a 20-pack, will the 50-pack be out of stock?

Yes, Correct. As per the second query, Let say you have 30 stickers left in stock and you received an order of 20-pack from a pack of 50. So it will be 10left not out of stock.

Right, well that would be an issue then. Because if the 50-pack is available to purchase but I only have 10 stickers left, it will mean I’m overselling my stock level
Not actually, if you have pack of 50, and customer order 30, then you have 20 left.
I guess there was no overselling in this.
