I don't understand how a big company like codecanyon doesn't get involved in this big problem, people paid a lot of money for this plugin and the crap doesn't work and codecanyon keeps selling it.
I think at least we should get our money back or you should find a solution to the problem

The Customer Support is very Slow, they dont Respond in time and lacks a lot of features as compared to Lumise Product designer

It requires additional plugin to purchase. that is not included in the theme, but it is in the demo.
