Poor support, there are multiple issues and when they are resolved and I recheck them, I find more new problems with the layout.

Neither they pick anyone's call nor they reply you on e-mail/comments. The worst customer service they have, they ask to raise a ticket while there is no option for new users to raise tickets from the website. I have almost spent $120 and still can not able to use any of the plugins. Download on your own risk

for Customizability

I bought this plugin, but it does not work properly at all. The website layout is all broken down and the staff can't speak English well so that I have to explain everything again and again for the same matter for a week and the problem cannot be fixed.

They are trying to help but it does not work at all.

I asked the staff to fix the simple things but the staff causes 10 more other problems. Now, I am almost facing with legal suit and my client is furious about the result and I don't know what to do.

It is too late to change all of them again and I have to spend extra money to fix other issues, not from them. It is totally waste of time and money. Totally regret to purchase this item.

even though in the beginning we have experienced with some bumpy service due to miscommunication(the developer's native language is not English), but in the end, we worked it out.

This plugin might have some bugs, but the developer is willing to working with you to fix them. I will be honest, their support ticket response time isn't impressive, but I guess it due to the time difference.

Anyway, for those who are planning to purchase this plugin, here are some advise:

1) After the initial purchase, be ready to submit a few tickets to the developer to iron out some of the bugs.

2) Some of the essential functions are in add-ons, which you need to pay separately. They are not that expensive, but I'd rather just pay a higher initial price and have them included.

3) When you communicate with the developer, be patient. They will get your problem fixed, but it takes a few conversations.

Oh, by the way, the developer even is willing to go their way to add a custom function I requested, free of charge. You don't see that often with other developers.

So overall, here is my verdict: Buy with caution!

Nothing works fine with this plugin + Impossible to update it + very very bad support: it is already more than a hour that I try to find out why the update link does not work and I just find angry people from everywhere complaining about the same thing and no response or tricky response from the plugin owner that does not have a solution.

Absolutely horrible. Virtually no instructions. Can't arrange clip art in categories. When you change the design of one related product it will change the dimensions and product images for all others. This has been the worst 100+ hours ever and a complete waste of my time. I wish I could give it a ZERO star rating. Horrible.

for Flexibility

Not near enough flexibility in this
You are locked into predetermined print sizes, templates, etc.

Want to create a new template/option?
That will cost you another $29 for "build" plugin, $9 to be able to crop, another $29 to create the mask,....

Though it does indeed integrate with Woocommerce, the options available make it virtually uselesss
