The Custom attachments don’t work due to an error. I am prevented from increasing the PHP settings mentioned on the developer website because SiteGround does not provide access to these settings. (They are also omitted from Envato as being requirements).
I am trying to use the PreBuild option but when I upload my file named:
Digital Pack Login Information.pdf
It changes the file name to:
167088431518167618866397abdb4c834_Digital Pack Login Information.pdf
No customer is going to open that file especially because their email client doesn’t display the enter file name and it looks like spam at best or a corrupt/malicious file at worst.
- Can you update your requirements on envato to include ALL the requirements? (I likely wouldn’t have purchased this had they been listed)
- Is it possible to make the plugin not append numbers to uploaded files?
- If the answer to the first two questions is no, may I please have a refund for my purchase because none of this was clear or demonstrated?

Thank you for your purchase And sorry, As you are facing issue. Below are answer for your questions,
1. For PHP requirement, it’s depends on your file size. If your file size is big then you must have to increase, but if your file size is small then no need to increase. It will work fine with our requirement which we explained in our requirement list on description. But still we will check and update requirement in description.
2. For Naming, We are renaming file because you cant face duplicate issue, if you will upload new file with same name then it wont update with old one, That why we renaming. But we will manage this on our next update.

First of all – great plugin! That’s what I’ve been looking for.
I have couple questions.
1. Is it possible to add custom shortcodes, based on custom fields which are added to purchase details? 2. [order_date_created] – can I pass custom format (f.e. Y-m-d). Because now it’s full timestamp (with seconds, GMT, etc)
