I would like to offer free shipping, but just on specific products. Will this plugin let me do that?

Hello we are looking to buy this product in would like to know if you have a option to Restrict Shipping On Certain Products To A Single State

Can’t access the demo site at present. “Error establishing a database connection”.

HI there,

we have a question before purchasing this module: We want to implement fixed shipping fees for only 1 product category and for defined quantities. Example: - 6 items = $250 - 12 items = $310 - 18 items = $390 - 24 items = $410

Is this kind of scenario can be implement with this module?

Thanks and have a nice day

Hello,

Yes, our shipping plugin can handle this without any problem. You will have to spend some time to configure multiple rules with different quantity conditions but it’s definitely doable.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

We offer 2 shipping methods – fedex and EMS. All products can be shipped with fedex, some can also be shipped with EMS. EMS of course if cheaper. So a client adds product A and product B to the cart. Product A can be shipped only with fedex as it’s very big. Product B can be shipped with fedex and ems, client want’s it to be shipped with EMS to save on costs. Is it possible for client to make an order with A and B products in the cart, for A choose FedEx, for B choose EMS, not FedEx? Mixed shipping. How will the cart look?

Thank you!

Hello,

By default WooCommerce does not offer multiple package shipping option and our plugin does not enable this functionality, although both WooCommerce and our plugin can work with multiple packages. Please try searching internet for a “woocommerce multiple packages” and you should find some tool that allows you to bridge this gap.

Hello, Is this possible to add the possibility of brand filtering? 2 options : brand name filter and quantity of brands in one order.

I’ll wait for your answer

Hello,

I’m afraid this would not be possible at this time.

Paul

Hi I need your plugins shipping opins to display above the woocommerce options. We are using distance rate shipping which your plugin doesnt have, so we need yours to show as first option if the conditions are met. so right now the order shows: 1. Distance 2. in-store 3. flat rate (your plugin)

it needs to show: 1. flat rate (your plugin) 2. Distance 3. in-store

Hi,

We can attempt to change position of our shipping rates in the list but we can’t guarantee this will work every time as it depends on what other shipping methods are doing.

Please get in touch with us via our support site at https://support.rightpress.net/ and we will see what is possible.

Hi,

My system offers 4 different shipping rates, including a free option (if the cart has over $100 of items). I’d like the FREE option to be default selected, but the paid option is always default. How do I make the FREE option default?

Thanks

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the reply. That is how it was setup, but unfortunately it’s not selected as default to the customer.

Any other suggestions?

Hello, Thank you for the reply. It seems that bitdefender was blocking the website. I disabled and I can see it now. Just letting know anyone else that might experience the same issue. Thanks, Mike

Hi

We have presale question please.

We have defined 7 shipping zones/ with all countries in our settings. We can use a French Plugin called colissimo. But we also want to use shipping for letters with tracking and without tracking.

1) is it possible to have two more shipping methods with your plug in and will it work with already existing colissimo shipping plug in ?

2) The shipping cost is based on the number of products in cart (only one product in the shop). We will have 1 to 4 products – 5 to 8 and 9 to 20 only by postal shipping with different prices. So 3 prices bands all over the world. We have already defined 7 zones with all the countries. Can we use your plug in considering this ?

Thanks a lot

Regards

Hi!

Yes, of course. Any conditions created on our plugin’s page are only applicable to the methods created there as well, and no others.

Kirill

Great, thanks !

Sure, no problem. Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi,

Pre Sale Question!!!

I really liked the demo and I have couple of conditional shipping required but got a bit confused as to how does it work and documentation was not very helpful

1. Default shipping if no shipping method defined is €10 2. For All products in Cat A, if quantity > 40 then €12 else €10 3. For All products in Cat B, if quantity > 20 then €12 else €10 4. For All products in Cat C is €5 5. For All products in Cat D, each state has a different shipping charge. Do I need to add them in Shipping Zones or can I add them directly in Conditional Shipping -> Shipping State. I have 20 States.

Now, does if I add shipping methods as per the 5 cases, do I need to add them in Shipping Zones or they executed on their own.

How will they displayed? Suppose, customer buys and satisfies case 1., 2. and 3. then will all shipping methods show and customer selects them. Can I show the method which is maximum amount? How does this work?

If this plugin is not compatible with my website, will you refund me.

Thank you.

I see, thank you. If the methods are not exclusive (like “all products in cart are from category A”), then you can configure it in a way when the user will be presented with a selection of those methods.

Kirill

Hi,

Is it possible to show the largest shipping price as showing pricing options wont make sense to users?

Hi!

Yes, it is possible to auto-select the most expensive.

Kirill

Hi, i have a question about conditions.

We need to have two options.

1. If the total is equal or more than 50 euros, only one shipping option is visible and the shipping is free. 2. It the total is less then 50 euros, customer can choose which company will deliver and the shipping is with a price for that company (two delivery companies in this moment)

Can we do this with your plugin?

Thanks

Hi!

Yes, overall this should be possible to configure. Feel free to test this on our demo site.

Kirill

Thank you, can you please tell me how to login? What are the credentials?

Also, a bit more detail about how to setup these steps would be appreciated

Hi!

There’s no need to login – it generates the demo and you should be in the dashboard automatically. If this doesn’t happen, just try to clear the cache in your browser.

You will need 3 shipping methods: free and other 2 for the companies. All 3 will need “subtotal” condition with certain amount. Hope this helps.

Hello, I have 2 types of shipping “Air” and “Sea”, but the cost is different for each category of products. Is it possible to configure it and calculate the shipping cost separately for each category? And allow the customer to select Air or Maritime for their products depending on which suits them

Hi!

WooCommerce allows to select only one shipping method, but you can build up the price with Additional Charges feature in our plugin.

Kirill

Hi, it’s possible to calculate shipping per each product category? because I have 2 products categories and only calculated 1 category

Hi!

You can use Additional Charges to build up the shipping price based on various products.

Kirill

Can you combine all matching methods? Also – on the demo, I don’t know if I am doing this correctly, but if I set a shipping method for a specific product in the cart, and then I add a different product to the cart, it is still selecting the shipping method for the other product even though the conditions are set to charge that shipping method if the specified product is in the cart.

Hi!

Feel free to submit a support ticket to us if you need any help in setting this up.

Kirill

Thanks! I have one other pre-sales question – is there any possibility that there would be an integration with this for TM Extra Product Options? (now or in the future) I have a client who wants to be able to add additional shipping to a product based on which extras they add, and he uses that plugin to create product add-ons. Something like this would really make the shipping a lot easier to manage.

Hi!

Unfortunately, at the moment there are no such plans to create integration with this plugin.

Kirill

I am having trouble accessing the demo – clicking the button takes me to a login. Clearing the cache doesn’t help. I am looking for something that will allow me to set up these scenarios – in this example, product a has a shipping cost of $80, product b has a shipping cost of $10, and product c has a shipping cost of $20 when each is ordered separately.

1. If product a and b are both in the cart at the same time, then the total shipping is still just $80 because product b has free shipping when ordered with product a. However, if Product c is added to the cart with products a & b, then another $20 should be added for a total shipping charge of $100.

2. if product b is added to the cart, up to 10 of this item can be able to be ordered before the shipping cost goes up – so if they order 10, the shipping is $10, but if they order 11 of product b, the shipping cost will go up by another $5, and if they order a quantity of 20, the shipping would increase to $20. However, if product a is added, then shipping would then only be $80. (free shipping for product b when ordered with product a)

Thanks!

Ok thanks! Is there a possibility that this will be an option in the future?

Sure, we could consider this in the future.

Kirill

ok, thanks! I appreciate it.

Good day,

we have to enable a shipping rate per category for our webshop. But, these all have to be calculated. So for cat A = 1 euro, cat B = 1 euro. When three products are ordered from cat. A and three of cat. B 2 euros must be paid for shipping costs. However, I can’t do this with your plugin… Do you know how to set this up?

Hi!

Feel free to submit a support ticket to us if you need any help in setting this up.

Kirill

hello, can I enable free shipping when pay via credit card selected?

Hi!

Such condition is not available yet, but we have plans to add this in the future updates.

Kirill

Hello the plugin is very good.

But i had read that it is possible to place conditions by Shipping City, but that option does not appear in the list (attached screenshot).

https://snipboard.io/ITCNn8.jpg

On the other hand, Shipping State does not recognize all values (attached screenshot).

https://snipboard.io/XkKOhp.jpg

Please your help to see how I could solve it since it is what I require.

Thanks

Hi!

We’ll add the City in the future, of course, no problem with that. As for the States – the data is taken from WooCommerce’s default values, and it contains not all possible states, unfortunately. Could you please tell us what version of our plugin do you have?

Kirill

Hello, thanks for answering.

Thanks, for me it is urgent to be able to have the city field, this would be just a text field or it should be validated the same with woocommerce and it would have a limitation like the State field? Let me know if you have an update planned as soon as possible.

I am currently using Version 1.4.1

Thanks

Hi!

I’m afraid the update is not yet currently planned, and we don’t have a quick fix for this at the moment, but overall this change should be included in the nearest possible update.
