Do l need a Campaign Monitor account?

Yes. This plugin is designed to work with Campaign Monitor only.

If I add custom fields to the WooCommerce Checkout page, will they appear as options to connect to Campaign Monitor?

Currently this is not available. However, we are working on this feature and it will be added in a future update.

Do I need to include a Client API Key to use the plugin?

No. The Client API Key is for users who manage multiple clients’ newsletters and lists via Campaign Monitor. Additionally, not including the Client API Key will provide you with a dropdown menu under the ‘Lists & Field Mapping’ section, enabling you to select a client from your account without including their API Key.

Why don’t I have any options in the ‘Mailing List’ dropdown menu?

If you don’t have any Mailing Lists setup in Campaign Monitor, nothing will display in this list. After you create a list in Campaign Monitor it will automatically appear in the ‘Mailing List’ dropdown menu.

If I delete fields from the plugin will I lose subscriber data in Campaign Monitor?

No. All subscriber data is recorded in your Campaign Monitor account and will remain in the Campaign Monitor database until a subscriber is removed or unsubscribes from a list.
