Nope! This plugin only suppresses the fields from being shown on the checkout page. If you were to disable the plugin, the fields will re-appear and any data that was stored in the prior will return as well.

First, make sure your digital products have either “Downloadable” or “Virtual” checked (see screenshot). The plugin only removes the address fields if the shopping cart does not contain a physical product. If you prefer to never show address or phone no matter what, please contact me and I’ll send you a modified version.
