is this plugin up to date and working? only asking as its not been updated since 2018

I emailed support via the contact form quite a while ago with no response. I purchased the plugin and installed it as instructed. It does exactly as it states and removed the fields from the checkout process but im now geting an error that wont let patrons proceed that says an address is required to comete tge purchase.

Please assist asap or process a refund.

I will never buye from this author again.. when pay for example plugin: Continue Shopping Link and they remove this item from envato and still go on and sell another things… i am so tired of this authors do this on Envato…!!

Is it possible to remove the shipping fields if the order is for pick up (cash on pickup/delivery)?

Hi – is there a known issue with this plugin and payment systems like Afterpay and Layby (3rd party payment installments)? We get error messages at checkout when customers buying digital only items and I think it is because there is no billing address when it transfers data. Turning off the plugin fixes the error.

I’ve purchased your plugin and has created many issues with my theme. After I’ve disabled your plugin everything is back to normal. I’ve spend hours trying to figure out the issue, since is your plugin that is causing the issue please refund my money I’m not going to use and I can not use because it breaks my theme.

Hi, I’ve been using this plugin successfully for a while but have noticed recently that the First Name and Last Name fields for digital products are now ‘Optional’ – They are still required for physical goods. Has something with your plugin changed to make these fields optional? If so, how can I make them ‘Required’ so I capture the customers name even for digital goods? Thanks

Sorry, I see that this comment is posted in a wrong section and I try to delete this message but could not find the delete section. I meant to contact help for the Justified Image Grid plugin and somehow it take me to your support section. I have a regular license for Justified Image Grid with a purchase code use on the website. It work fine until I move/transfer the site to another server that it not working anymore. Thus, I cannot get update plugin automatically when there is a new version coming out.

Under the wordpress plugin section, this error message show up ‘Automatic update error! Contact JIG support to reset your license (only the username is needed).

I need help to reset the code so it would work with the same website over the different hosting.

I sell physical products and ship to just here in the US. WooCommerce is setup fine for that.

I want to sell digital products world wide. Woo won’t let me do that because I said I would only ship here in the US.

Will this plug-in allow me to do both?
