This is insane. First, I bought it directly from their website. The plugin requires a purchase code. Which they don’t provide via their website. So you literally can’t activate it. I email them to get a code. No response.

I need to get a project done so I figure I’ll just buy it from Code Canyon, get the purchase code, and activate, and get them to refund the website purchase since it’s guaranteed.

I uninstalled the website plugin completely. Installed the one from Code Canyon. Inserted my purchase code to activate, and it won’t activate. Saying the code is not valid.

So I’ve now purchased this dang thing twice and neither will work. I go to support a ticket via their website and SURPRISE, the ticket system kicks back an error that you can’t send them a ticket.

Please just refund BOTH my purchases or I’m issuing a chargeback because I can’t get in contact with you guys. What a terrible experience from start to finish.
