Hello, when I install the plugin, the Bookings icon does not appear in my dashboard. The plugin shows as active, but I can’t access it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled/activated the plugin and it still does not show up in my dashboard. How can I fix this?

In latest version of WooCommerce Bookings Plugin there was some file name change. We have submitted updated version to Codecanyon. Hopefully this will be available within 24hours.

Hi, The output works well, however, # of Persons in booking is not offered as its own field. Being that Bookings itself uses this as a primary column in it’s tabular display.. it is very very important to have. Any quick FIX??? (My season is here, and I assumed this had it!!!!!)

Really apologize for being late over here. Are you looking to remove # of Persons column from the output CSV?

The person counter doesn’t work if you don’t declare person TYPES in the booking product. So, I hand-edited it: It would be amazing if you had this option in your code!!

I removed the part of the code that counted personTypes, because I didn’t have any! :)

Hello there,

I’m trying to export my bookings with all the data so I can bill my clients but one info is missing, which is the number of persons.

I don’t have person types activated, but I need one of the columns to show how many people were included in a booking.

I tried to follow what someone did in one of the latest comments but I couldn’t manage.

Can you please help me?

Hi there. I installed your plugin on my site but the problem I’m having is that it causes a conflict with the Avada theme settings. When I try to edit the theme settings it gives me a blank white area where the settings should be. It seems to be a javascript issue and I was wondering if you have a patch to repair it? Thanks

Is there an option to export a Product’s individual Resources to the CSV also?

In WooC I have set up a product called “Simulator”, within that product I have 5 bookable resources (sim1, sim2, etc). Those 5 Resources are what I’d like to be able to export and sort by.

At the moment the feature to export the resource doesn’t exist in Woocommerce Booking Csv export. you don’t need to worry as we are going to add this feature in very near future. will update you over here.

Is it possible to request a refund. I tried exporting the vendor information for my woocommerce product vendor, and i can neither export the data (it comes up blank) and it also does not include the resource booked information

We would love to help you in any other way. Here we are unable to process your refund as the functionality and every thing is mentioned clearly in description. According to codecanyon refund policy author is not obligatory to refund in such scenerio as it can lead to difficulty for authors as you might be able to understand as well.

There appears to be a bug in the export where the UserId, User Email, and User Username are incorrect. I get many multiple lines all tagged to the same, incorrect user. I suspect this is related to when someone checks out as a guest. I really need the email to be accurate—I hope there’s an easy fix?
