Support is not responding and sending them many

A great export plugin that is affordable, better than any alternative (even things priced double this). And the developer is an absolute saint.

I recommend this plugin to anyone working with Bookings, and I recommend the developer for his talent and customer care.

Yes, I just reviewed this plugin 3 days ago, I know.

But the Author has really proven he is the cream of the crop by going back and forth with me adding features, and then REFINING those features. Either he wants me super happy, or wants to create the best tool out there.

I am Thankful for his support, and I would have NO problem at all buying Sergey's next product.

Great support, great features, exactly what you need to get most out of Woocommerce Booking. Especially the schedules and export options are fantastic!

Plugin works fine and is easy to setup.
Output of fields is editable and can be checked in the preview.
File export via Ajax enables export of very large databases.
Support is great, I needed additional output for some fields and got the updated plugin within hours.

Despite having bought quite a few plug-ins from Envato I have never left a review before. This guy is amazing though.

1) This is an outstanding plug-in. Why Woocommerce Bookings doesn't natively offer this functionality is a mystery. Not only am I able to pull reports, but I can customize the names of the fields and which fields I want to pull, which file format (CSV, PDF, XLS), even what ORDER the columns show on excel. Crazy flexibility. It even pulls custom meta fields which we use at our spa for tracking things like where the customer heard about us.

2) This saves an incredible amount of time. Before this plug-in, our staff was MANUALLY compiling an appointment report on a DAILY basis. Not only did the staff hate this job, but it was prone to human errors.

3) Serg, the developer is extremely responsive. I've never emailed a plug-in developer before so I wasn't sure what to expect. He got back to me within 24 hours with my requested upgrades to the plug-in and help on how to use it.

4) I have not used the auto-emailing function yet, but I'm testing it right now and if that works how I expect it to (which with Serg's help I'm sure it will!), this actually takes the staff of our spa out of the reporting equation altogether, which will be a big boon to productivity and morale!

Probably the best plug-in purchase experience I've ever had, Envato or otherwise.
