for Flexibility

The idea is good, the integration is probably great with the different services, but there are too much problems:
-The code load much of useless code if you just use one service/provider (like most of us do, I guess).
-The interface is hard to use and not really flexible: you cannot subscribe a customer to a specific list according to a category of product. So if you enable the autoresponder by product, you have to edit every single product of the shop to add the customer to a specific list (that you have to create each time too)....OR you copy/paste for each product and leave the customer with X times the same "subscribe to list" message on the checkout page.
-Tthe plugin stopped to work from one day to another, probably because of another plugin using the integration tab of woocommerce too.
-According to the updates, it looks like this is not ready to get a refresh, I guess I have no other choices than rewriting the plugin myself.

Just giving two star for the base code...

Plugin is awesome, very customisable and support is very responsive. I do recommend it!

for Feature Availability

Great. I use this plugin to automatically add purchasers of an individual product to a product list in Aweber. Customers also have the option of subscribing to a general newsletter at checkout. Fantastic, never let me down :)

I just purchased the WooCommerce Autoresponder plugin, specifically because of the MailPoet integration, as promoted on the sales page and the demo site. Once I installed the plugin, I found that MailPoet wasn't in the list of supported services, nor is it mentioned in the documentation guide.

I submitted a ticket. I sent an email and I messaged on Facebook but haven't received a reply. Not even an auto-response email. NOT IMPRESSED!

I will never buy from wp striker again.
