Excellent theme. No coding errors. Fast theme, easy to cutomize and almost every feature possible right out of the box.

And best yet; the few issues we had were solved in no time. Best customer support imaginable.

for Bugs

most of the features i have try to activate are not working, also when trying to apply some discounts my site went down and was working again only after i have deactivated and deleted the plugin.

looks likes the plugin is just not stable and have to many bugs.

E.G when i apply a discount with the plugin i dont see the discount price if i use woocommerce to display products - i see the regular price and only if i enter the product page i see the discount price (no matter what i did in the plugin settings)

for Code Quality

Reason for purchasing:
Creating a booth purchasing system for an expo. When 2 booths are purchased next to each other a "double" discount should be applied. I setup a rule that says when order item count = 2 AND items are in a certain product list apply the "Double" discount. This worked well.

When 3 booths next to each other are purchased this should be a "Triple" discount. Another rule is setup that says when order item = 3 AND items are in a certain product list apply the "Triple" discount. This worked well on its own.

The problem:
When I have three items in the cart AND/OR logic should say these three items are in this group AND the cart item count is 3 so apply the Triple discount. It also applied the double discount implying there are only 2 items in the cart.

Their code for items in cart = 2 seems to think it's an => 2 somewhere in behind. I had to add an extra rule saying AND item count < 3 for the double.

I contacted support to address the issue, sent photos of the lists, the rules, tried to get them to walk me through it algorithm style, try to replicate the issue in a sandbox, nothing. I got replies, but they all say I am wrong with barely any explanation or help

This is literally the last email I received:
"We have checked. Try these rules relationship with OR Condition. Thats the only way that it might work. Otherwise it is not possible."

That doesn't make sense. OR means one or the other or both. AND means it has to be both. I need it to be cart count = 2 AND in this product list. If I made it cart count = 2 OR in this product list I run into the exact same problem I am already having.

The reason for the 1 star is two things. First, of they can't figure out simple AND and OR logic which is what this whole plugin relies on, there are probably more issues than I have found. Second, when I contacted them, it took almost a week between each reply and in the end apparently I am just wrong and the plugin won't be fixed.

for Flexibility

This is a great plugin and the support I received was outstanding. I got the plugin while it was sort of new and the improvements have been tremendous. I have tried several other plugins that did similar things but they never quite worked or were not as easy to setup as this one. The features included are many and can be tweaked for a simple or complex scenario. Whenever something did not behave as expected I contacted the plugin developer and he has helped me everytime. We use this plugin daily for all sorts of sales and I recommend it to anyone that wants sales you can trust to work.

Be advised not to use this add-on on European markets as legal repercussions certainly will follow. The reason being that it is not possible to display the european MANDATORY Price Indication Directive ( EU Directive 98/6) for Products that are f.e. sold by weight (such as cosmetics).

More precise: for any product that is sold by weight or content (also discounted items) the price per 100 Grammes or per Kilo, or 100 ml. or Liter needs to be displayed (next to the discounted price). If this is not done, any competitor is able to sue your firm for any single product that does not adhere to EU Directive 98/6!

Therefore save yourself time, efforts and money if you are selling items that are sold by weight or content on european markets! This addon CANNOT be used (which is a shame as it would have been exactly right for)!

The discount condition rules are powerful and can be combined to build relatively complex condition rules. +1 for that.

However I got truly disappointed when I realized that shipping discounts were not to be found in the list of available discounts.

I'd say it's a fairly essential one for a web shop.

Basically two relatively usual discount models cannot be accomplished with this plugin:

1) Buy product that belongs to group X, get free shipping

2) Get x % off from a single product of choice (that customer can choose the product)

One more I couldn't find out, how to make buy 2, take 3 type of discounts with this plugin?

I understand these features were not promised either, but I consider them so essential that I wanted to share my experience for other potential buyers, since the plugin description is so promising.

Would be good to hear if the author is planning to implement some of these features.

And of course, if someone can point out how to accomplish the mentioned models with help of this plugin, then of course I'm more than willing to revise my review.

My client had a very specific need: When a customer has chosen to buy X and Y, they should get Z amount off the price of Y. I looked for a _very_ long time, and even WooThemes said such a plugin didn't exist and that I'd have to get custom work done.

But, I was wrong, because this plugin exists!

Purchased the plugin and found a terrible bug and the funny logic problem with it, but the team will only look into it if I provide my customer server and website login detail which I can't take any responsible if any information mis-used from my client portal.

Bug 1: Discounted item doesn't work on cart calculation, provided a free give to the customer but the cart total still charging the free gift's price on it!!!!

Bug 2: IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE! If I make the condition of discount as buy A get B free, if I buy 1 A, that's fine. BUT IF I BUYING 2 A.... they can only get 1 B for free...!!???!!

So I asking the team if any setting can solve the calculation problem, they replied: "our plugin don't have this feature; Should i request a quote from our developers team?"

WHY SHOULD I PAY AGAIN TO SOLVE SUCH SIMPLE BUGS??

I have no idea where this is coming from. That's it. We asked you to open a ticket and yet there is no trace of a ticket anywhere.

We never asked anyone to pay to fix bugs, only to develop new features they need that are not planned in our plugin and once again, we NEVER spoke to you about payment.

In fact, when we asked you to open a ticket, you said you can't provide your client details. That's fine, but then how do you expect us to fix a bug on your website you're the only one to experience if we don't have any access to your website?

for Customizability

I bought this plugin specifically because it has so many options for targeting customers via their state or city. But what I needed, was a way to target another field. I worked with the developers on this custom coding and they were wonderful. They even came up with a more elegant solution. They actually ran into an issue with one of the features I wanted and spent two whole days researching to see if they could make it work (unfortunately WooCommerce dose not allow it) but I was very happy they went above and beyond to try to give me everything I wanted.

Bottom line; Excellent work and good communications!
