hello, thanks for that fine plugin! under orders in dashbord it still shows the trackingnumbers. now I want to setup the email functionality for it. To customize the template of the notification, you write: “just create the following file in your theme and edit it: xxxx-blankchild/woocommerce/emails/customer-shipped-order.php” In your original plugin folder there don`t exist such a php file. so when I create it, what code should I put in there? thanks and greetings from Germany, Mooslell
Hello, please open the same path in your woocommerce plugin folder and there you will see different templates for orders. You can copy any of them and put the content of the template to this file.
Hello there, - Will the AliExpress Tracking plugin also send an email to the customer without setting up “Childtheme/woocommerce/emails/customer-shipped-order.php”? (but with activated “Add the shipped order status…”) - I set it both up, but when I mark manually the order as shipped, then a previous mail (order confirmation) will send to the customer. Do I need for testing a real tracking number? (placed 3 test orders on aliexpress, but 2 orders got an tracking error in the tracking list, the other one is still not sent). Is it possible to add dummy tracking numbers? thanks for answering

1. i can’t get the aftership api as it changed the interaction. instead of giving api. aftership asked for wordpress api to login and using their on plugin.
2. tracking order is working but for improvement it can be done without going external website.(tracking and showing status on the spot in my account dashboard). when clicking track we could have been given a choice to choose to external site or tracking in our own website. it will be more revolutionary

another info, is the automatic synchronization of tracking take order information from your ali2woo plugin ? and need aliexpress browser login?
1)The automatic synchronization is performed without the chrome extension. So you don’t need to be logged in on the AliExpress website. 2) As for the tracking it can be done automatically as well if you purchase our tracking addon and setup Aftership API key.

the free plan for AfterShip give only 50 shipments per month….. but I see this plugin can work also with 17Track, Cainiao, will be automatically the sync using these 2 tracker? ( work same as AfterShip api ? ) Thanks
Currently the plugin has integration with the AfterShip API only.

1) Aliexpress Standard shipping is a shipping method. Ali2Woo can load it from Aliexpress. 2) If you fulfill the orders using Ali2Woo, then it adds tracking numbers to the orders automatically. If you want to give an ability for your users to check their tracking numbers, you can create a separate page using special short-code. 3) The tracking information contains data about country of sender. So if you choose warehouse in China, user will see China in tracking information.
