Hi Danyo,

I’m looking for a solution to fullfil the following scenario. Maybe your pluigin can handle this, but I cannot understand this from the brief info provided.

  • Each customer receives a 10 USD coupon when completing an order (online payment). Q1 : are coupon codes generated automatically ? Q2 : How are coupon codes communicated to the customer and to the shop admin ? Q3 : can coupons be printed (or export as PDF) ? Q4 : can awarded coupons be exported (csv file with customer email and coupon code)
  • Coupon Requirements : - can only be used once - max 1 coupon of this type per order (can be combined with other types of coupon (like e.g. free shipment) - min order amount is 50 USD (or another value) - max validity 12 months after issue date (or another time window)

Looking forward to your reply Dirk

Hi Dirk,

The plugin hasn’t been updated in some time, and we will look at improving it soon. But to answer your questions:

The plugin allows you to generate a coupon after every sale or just the first sale. The coupon can be set as a percentage or a set amount in the options page. The coupon can also be set to 1 use only, and can also be set to only work with a minimum amount spent at checkout.

The coupon is displayed on the thank you page after the customers order. It currently doesn’t get emailed. The admin has no notification of the coupon, the only way to check is in the WooCommerce coupons section in the admin.

Coupons cannot be exported via the plugin, but i believe they can with any free WordPress export plugin.

I hope this helps?

Thanks!

Hi Danyo,

Thanks for your reply. Seems that your plug comes close to what we are aiming for. Can you send me some screenshots ?

Dirk

Hi, Does this plugin allow following :

1. Send new coupon code to user who purchase order. Send coupon on every purchase. 2. If user give that coupon code to his/her friend then they can apply it. 3. Anyone can apply that coupon code until it get expire. 4. If same user purchase second order then new coupon code will be sent.

If above things are in plugin, I really like to buy it.

Hello, we’d like to send coupons from our list of coupons after purchase. Is there a way to send out by not autogenerating coupons?

Hi,

This would involve some custom work, but is definitely achievable .

Thanks!

Would you help though, I need it to send out our own list of coupons. So 1 coupon = 1 customer. So if there are 100 customers = 100 coupons

Hi,

Please send an email to support@danyob.org so we can quote you for this.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Just bought this plugin and it largely does what we need but a bit disappointed that it’s functionality stops at the thank you page. That notification of a coupon is so easy to miss.

Can you not add functionality to email it out to the customer and the store admin?

Hi,

We will be completely revamping this plugin very soon.

Please bear with us.

Thanks!

Hi, I noticed from a previous comment that you are planning on revamping this plugin (and hopefully including the coupon code in the order confirmation email). Do you have an ETA yet for the new version release? Thanks.

Hi,

Yes we will be revamping, but no ETA at the moment im afraid.

Thanks!

No problem

Hello , was wondering the “coupon” can it be appear in the customer invoice / email after purchase ? Instead of only appear in “My Account” order list ( base on your screenshot ) . Please let me know , i am keen to buy this plugin , this is a pre-sale question . Honestly . thanks

Hi.. This plugin allows the system to generate automatically coupons after rating (comment) of the purchased product???

Please upgrade to match the new version of wordpress and woocomerce

Hi! Pre-sale question: is this plugin still supported by woocommerce 2.6?

is this plugin compatible with WPML?

Hi,

I’hve just bought your plugin and obtain this error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Order::get_order_total() in /home/.../wp-content/plugins/woo-after-sales-coupon/index.php on line 91

Is there any version that works ?

Thanks

Hi Danyo,

what about the fact it does not work ?

Thanks ?

Hey,

It works with the versions stated in the item description :)

Thanks!

Ok,

I have not seen that it was working only with version used more than 3 years ago. (2.0.20 – 2013-11-21).

It doesn’t save. After I click “save” the page refreshing and no coupon appear.
