Hello,

I am looking for a plugin to subscribe a user on MailChimp according to the product they bought. I already have the lists on MailChimp.

I saw your answer to another user here that it is possible, but looking at the Preview it is not clear for me. Where exactly would I set it up?

(If it is clear I can accomplish this task with your plugin I am buying it today)

Hi!

Yes, it is possible – please check this article with the example.

I just started using WooChimp about a week ago.and it looks like the revenue is now showing up through Mailchimp for each email blast we send out, however, still seeing it as $0 in revenue through analytics/adwords. Is there any way to make analytics work?

Hi!

Is e-commerce data working correctly? If the issue only with totals, it’s a known problem and we will fix this in the new version.

Hi,

I am using woochimp version 2.2.4 on cyberchimps.com

Its adding user order data to Mailchimp Ecommerce even if the order is in Pending Payment status – order is not completed.

If user add product to cart and on the checkout page, if they click on proceed to payment and doesn’t complete the payment – it creates an order with the status “Pending Payment”. This order gets added to the mailchimp. In mailchimp, its stating the revenue and the items, but they never actually purchased.

In the setting – I have set “Subscribe On” setting to “Order Completed”.

My wordpress version is – 4.7.6

WooCommerce version is – 2.6.13

How can I fix this issue ?

Thanks

Pre-sales question: I would like customers to be sent automatic reminders for certain dates (birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions). Will this plugin allow me to do that? Many thanks in advance!

Hi!

Our plugin doesn’t set such automatic emails – it is handled from MailChimp side. But if you provide those dates into some custom fields, those may be sent by WooChimp to MailChimp for further usage.

Kirill

Are you available for custom work in order to make this possible? Please let me know, thanks.

Hi!

No, unfortunately, we don’t provide custom services at the moment.

i have woomemberships installed, can i collect all maid members of a certain type to a specific email list, the normal customer wont have access to add ?

Hi!

You can do that if those members have some specific user roles set – you can add those to conditions, so that it will be used to subscribe users to specific list in MailChimp.

Hi all,

Pre-sales question. I’m currently using WooCommerce Subscriptions to display one Variable Subscription with 3 options. Firstly, will WooChimp send the data of each variation through to MailChimp, or just that particular product? I would like to avoid setting up multiple products when it can be done in a more user friendly environment using variations.

Secondly, I have 2 x product Add-Ons on top of the variable subscription. Both are drop-downs displaying 7-8 options each. Is there a way for WooChimp to catch this data also?

Ultimately, I would like to achieve the following:

1. Select the product variation 2. Select Add-On option 1 3. Select Add-On option 2

Based on the above, I can filter in MailChimp to send targeted emails to the customers who selected those specific options.

Your assistance with this is appreciated!
