Hi. Is it possible for every product in my store to have its own distinct list of mailchimp? Thank you

Hi!

Yes, it is possible to create such setup, but you’ll need to create set for each product and also those lists should already be created in MailChimp to be used in WooChimp.

I updated the plugin a few ago and for some reason it doesn’t work properly anymore. When I try to enter the correct product in ‘conditions’ at ‘automatic’ it doesn’t show products any more when I type the first few letters…

It also does not add email addresses to the groups when someone orders my products…

How can this be and what do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks.

Hi!

Please submit a support ticket to us with temporary login credentials, so we could look into your setup.

I Kirill,

I just did. Do I get an email notification when someone replied to my ticket?

I didn’t get a confirmation email that the ticked was succesfully created.

Thanks for your help.

Hi!

Unfortunately I don’t see any tickets attached to your username, so if you haven’t received an answer by now, most probably something went wrong and your ticket wasn’t created – in that case please submit it once again.

I’m in search of the missing piece for a possible project.

Can your plugin help with creating auto login links that can be sent via Mailchimp?

We actually have a system that does this but interested in a Woocommerce alternative. Basically the users/subscribers are synced with a mailchimp list and we can use a snippet to auto generate login links on buy buttons. Very useful. Thanks.

Hi!

No, unfortunately our plugin doesn’t offer such functionality. You can though pass any meta data of such users to MailChimp, if that can help.

Kirill

Hmm, that would be half the missing piece : ) . I could probably use another plugin to auto-generate login links for users and then sync them up to Mailchimp as meta data with your plugin. Then use a Mailchimp merge tag to create my links. Your plugin can do that syncing part, correct?

Also, is it a one-way sync from Wordpress to Mailchimp? Or if I have a list in Mailchimp can I sync back to Wordpress and it create a users? I would imagine that would be very difficult.

Thanks.

Hi!

Yes, that way it could probably work. Also correct on one-way sync – data is mostly sent to MailChimp. Some data is also received, but not in such extent – no new users are created :)

Hello, I’m interested in purchasing WooChimp to create an automated series of on-boarding emails for the vendors that sign-up to use our site. We are using WooCommerce with YITH mutli-vendor. Would this plugin work for our use case?

Hi!

Unfortunately we don’t have any information on compatibility with this plugin, but in general – if user places an order, most probably it is possible to send that information to MailChimp.

When will the plugin be updated for Wordpress 4.8? I’ve updated to v2.1, but it is no longer functioning properly for woocommerce subscriptions. Thank you!

Hi!

Please make sure to get the latest 2.2.4 version and test this again. In case there are still any issues, feel free to submit a support ticket to us.

hi, presales question. i want to send unique coupon codes to users who signs up this list. i have csv of coupons. can i do this automation with your plugin?

Hi,

Unfortunately, WooChimp does not handle unique coupons for now.

Paul

Hi, I am getting this error on the automatic tab.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /srv/users/path/apps/domainname/public/wp-content/plugins/woochimp/woochimp.php on line 1100

Also, I can’t seem to update the plugin via my dashboard. It has the key added but I’m running 2.2.1, even if I try to download the newer version it is still 2.2.1?

My apologies, I am running 2.2.4, I was looking at the wrong plugin. Any fix for above, I don’t if it’s short term?

Hi there,

I checked what line 1100 represents in the code and it seems that the problem is related to your specific setup.

Could you please get in touch with us by submitting a support ticket on this page: https://support.rightpress.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

We will take a look at this then.

It is possible to add such checkbox to the WooCommerce checkout form using our extension.

Can order option fields be added to a MailChimp list as well? I am looking for a product that not only adds the primary email associated with the order but secondary email addresses that are entered in variation (option) fields on the order.

Is this possible or are there hooks/filters built into the product where I could write the “mapping” function to do this as part of the order completion process?

Hi there,

It is possible only if those custom fields store their data as order meta.
