we have purchased the plugin, and have an urgent question; first of all, the option “show popup” does not do anything. The popup always shows, even when I check “no”.
Second question: we do want a popup window, but only on the cart page (not on every page). Is there any way to do this?
One more question: my free item doesn’t show its thumbnail image in the cart page, can this be resolved?
Is there any way to delete the “cross” symbol so that people cannot remove the item out of the cart? (by the way, if you delete the item in the cart, it shows up very large).

Is there any option to not display “CHOOSE YOUR FREE GIFT” in the checkout, I only want to display the gift on a specific page
This plug in is pretty easy to set up but in some orders the gifts disappear in check out or sometimes not automatically added at all in the Cart. Is there a bug or something I have to check? I hate having to manually edit orders to add the freebies.
I have to say that the plugin’s support is terrible. I pointed some problems with the plugin 2 months ago. You guys said that it was fixed so I bought the plugin but the same problems are still there, everyone here is complaining and you guys don’t do anything!

You say it supports WPML, does this includes RTL languages? Because I tried another plugin and when I go to the arabic version (RTL) the arrows act weirdly and gifts aren’t added. So I just want to be sure that the plugin well smoothly work for both langaues. and is all the text translatable ? Like (Add gift)

I am having trouble with one thing tho.
For This Black Friday i want the following:
$300 – Gift will be Product A
$500 – Gift will be Product B
$1000 – Gift will be Product A + B + C
This would work fine wiith the multiple gifts options, however product C has some variarions.
So I had to set the product c to hide in case of another gift in the cart.
I can add product C and the others (after sepnd $1000) if I add product C first, but if I had any other I can’t select the product C
