Thanks

Hi,

Please check if you have placed the WooCommerce Product Filter Widget in the correct sidebar that you are using in your shop pages. Make sure you have selected ‘Use Widget’ in the Product Filter Shop/Product Archives Installation drop down select box on the plugin’s Advanced Options page. As for using the widget on custom pages with the shortcode, please see the instructions on the following link. Contact me further if you need more assistance.

Hi,

I just purchased the plugin, and I’m a bit confused. I thought I could customize the Title area. I want to use a background image for the title area, as opposed to just the writing. I’m wondering if this is possible.

Hi,

Thank you for your purchase.

The plugin lets you set a background image for the whole plugin. There isn’t a “built in” option for placing an image in place of the Widget title. You can use the available custom CSS field to achieve this that way. Thank you for your understanding.

ok I will try that. Can you suggest the CSS code to insert that would help with using an image for the widget title?

Hi,

Support only covers built in plugin options, so I can’t really assist you here. I am sure you will find a lot of useful info on-line regarding how to achieve this. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,

Great work.

I know your work from your free version Widget Customizer, and I test it in my Mu sites in Wordpress 4.4.2, and I found it does not work even if testing with the theme of Twenty Fifteen without any plugins.

So I would like to check with you whether it support MU sites?

Alex

Hi,

Please send me a link to where this is occurring and I’ll inspect the issue. Thanks.

This looks like just what I have been searching for. Before I make a purchase I need to know if this plugin will work with the Divi theme?

Thanks, Brian

I just bought your plugin. But I cannot get the title so show in a punctuated form. All titles are forced upper case. How can I get the a title for example “US Customs Service” to show like that and not in all caps as US CUSTOMS SERVICE?

Hi,

Sorry didn’t quite get the problem or the plugin you’ve used. If you don’t want the CAPSed texts in your widget titles, you can use the following code in your custom CSS theme option. Thanks.

.widget-title{text-transform:none!important;}

Thanks very much. that worked. You should add this to your plugin and release and update.

Hi,

Yes, but this is really your theme that is doing it. Another way of achieving it and this would be only for your customized widgets or sidebars is to add it directly in the customizer itself with this following code. So, just add this to the custom CSS option at the bottom or just use the fix I’ve already sent you. Thanks!

@widget .widget-title{text-transform:none!important;}

Great idea…can you have different styles for different pages though??

I know CSS would need their own individual naming…

Hi, well this works basically like, if you add the Widget Customizer the next widget will be customized, also you can use the Sidebar Customizer to customize whole sidebars. Now, you can use these on any sidebar you want, but if you want custom sidebars on custom pages and your theme doesn’t support this, you’ll need to use something like Woo Sidebars to implement it. Thanks!

Hi, nice plugin but a couple of options to add would be to set the background colour of the widget header and also to change the border style of the widget, such as none, solid, dashed etc as at the moment you have to do this with css, thanks.

Hi, well, the plugin is really made this way. There are no functions for the widget heading background. This is why we have the small @widget CSS field. There you can setup any stuff that is really custom like the ones you want. Thanks for understanding.
