I have more than 2 weeks waiting for a refund and also for them to set up this plugin on my site I'm very disappointed when I saw the reviews I was hoping that their customer service and support were as good as the comments... if I don't get a response on Monday 9 - 2023 I will request a full refund!

Support is terrible. After an upgrade it breaks everytime. They constantly blame the server saying a firewall issue or something when whmcs and wordpress are on the same server. No log's showing an issue.

They cant fix this and it's frustrating. Will be raising my concerns directly with evanto to get a full refund. AVOID at all cost of have a coder write coding that works without the need of having to reinstall wordpress/whmcs everytime.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am a coder by profession, so I feel pretty comfortable speaking on this product and service.

You are not paying a one time fee, you’re buying a subscription. It’s called their warranty. The warranty isn’t lifetime because they are fully aware that the coding of the plugin will not keep up with the random Wordpress updates. So after a year, when Wordpress has jumped up there, their script will not work. And if you go to them for support, you will be bounced around between a few guys, and eventually suggested to purchase their warranty.
Customer service is bad. There are several guys, and they seem to all be working one shift. And the back and forth is not seamless and extremely slow. I simply reinstalled my wordpress site on the same platform and location and got stuck with the reverify issue. I then had one of their reps access my site to simply resolve the verify issue, after sending them all the proof of ownership of this software. After 3 weeks of slow back and forth, the last message I received was that they resolved the issue. I go onto my Dashboard immediately and see the same issue. Nothing changed. I screenshot and sent it to them, and the reply was….pay them to resolve the issue. So don’t believe the hype when they speak about lifetime.

The plugin does it what it supposed to do. There were few issues with the plugin and upon submitting ticket, the team released new versions to resolve them.

Only feature that it not working correctly is WordPress - WHMCS SSO login during Checkout process. They have promised to resolve in the upcoming update.

I just realize that by using this plugin is really help our customer UX. And save the step to checkout and easy to manage instead using a multi site wordpress and WHMCS Client Area.

Hello, Please recheck it, it is not possible for a file to contain a virus. files are double-checked, and we have also not received a single complaint about it. Please share the virus you found, which AV you are using.

Please also do open a ticket with us on https://support.whmpress.com, as currently, i cannot find any with it.

It worked well when we installed whmpress and wcop. However, after installing the wcap, you can add items to the shopping cart and leave it empty. Why?
