Customer support is really bad. They seems don't care to much for the reliability of the product. Mine it took me how long? Just to get the product running on my site! I write this comment on June 19 2016. And my support still one month left. I did contact the help desk since June 3 2016 to make the plugin work on my site. They ask credential username and password, both on Wordpress and Server level, full access! They never tell me the progress, what is wrong with the plugin... etc. Is bad.. really. I had a a proof of what I'm saying on this form. Hopefully somebody listen... Don't buy the product from them to save your money!!
