APP UPDATE ON CODECANYON - 14th September 2021 (Making it compatible with the then-latest Flutter Version 2.5.0)
We would again like to highlight that our Assumption was not developed at random but based on the type of error you showed to us. If you do not give us any clear and complete information requested, then the only way to reach the solution is to speculate what the cause of the problem might be. EVERY TIME YOU DENIED COOPERATION AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS WERE MADE. And also shared with us the SCREENSHOT SHOWING INCOMPLETE INFORMATION.
It is great to know your problem has been resolved now. And of course, AFTER HAVING COMPLETE and ACCURATE INFORMATION regarding the problem (which we were denied to receive) and FOLLOWING THE INSTALLATION GUIDE CAREFULLY any developer can resolve the problem.
Further, we would like to draw your attention to that we ALWAYS RECOMMEND BUILDING THE APP IN THE SAME VERSION IN WHICH IT WAS LAST UPDATED TO AVOID ANY ERRORS. This information is explicitly mentioned in the ReleaseNotes of each update.
You did not even share this version information with us. On the contrary, whenever we asked you something, you simply found a reason to blame us. If you will build the app in a version in which it has not been updated, you will certainly run into issues.
We have a request that if you run into an issue while building up the app, then at least provide the requested information completely. Otherwise, it happens many times with HALF-INCOMPLETE INFORMATION that the developer is unable to assist.
Making changes in the code and updating it for every single flutter SDK update separately is not possible since the flutter SDK updates are too frequent. It will also annoy the purchasers by receiving frequent updates. If the purchasers have built the App according to their purposes and need to update it every week and start everything over again would also not be great for them.
We push updates at intervals after making EVERYTHING COMPATIBLE WITH THE THEN-LATEST VERSIONS OF RELATED PLATFORMS USED and checking if they are working in order.
Thank you and best wishes to you.
