for Feature Availability

It's good... but could be better...

Firstly, my Archive failed because there was a missing key in the info.plist file - referring to the app Category. I think this is pretty basic, and it should be working straight out of the box.

Secondly, there's very limited customisability compared to the iOS builder. The most basic one is the 'preventoverscroll' variable on the iOS build, which is not available on this MacOS build. This means for your macOS view, you still see all the classic website 'bounce' when you overscroll and makes it look like a website inside a window. Not great for a proper app distribution. The iOS build looks more professional when you prevent the overscrolling and this should be a simple fix for MacOS version. This is just one suggestion, but there are hundreds of features available on the iOS builder which are not available here.

Thank you a lot for your honest feedback, larasoft_io! You are right – your suggestion that we set a default category by default, we have implemented and in version 1.8 (5 August 21; today) also published directly today. The macOS version is indeed a by-product of WebViewGold for iOS and WebViewGold for Android, and not all features are available in the macOS version. But we are working on exciting new features, and thank you for your feedback! If you are ever in the area, we want to invite you for a coffee at our office in Freiburg, Germany. Feel free to contact us in advance by mail, and we will arrange an appointment. Thank you again, and much success with your macOS app! :)
