Hello. Before buying a script, you should look at the system requirements. If you do not understand what is written there or your server does not meet these requirements, then you should not buy this script.
In order to use this script, you need to be hands-on working with tools like ffmpeg, which is a gnarly little beast in itself. If you don't have that under your fingertips, you might not have success with this script. That being said, if you know what you are doing, this is a great little script.
the only issue I had with it, is that like with most ffmpeg wrappers, it's just not going to work with multiple people using it. ffmpeg is hard to configure and takes a lot of resources on the machine, so you'd better be a great sysadmin in order to use this stuff.

Thanks for your feedback! Regarding your issue, perhaps you did not create a task for Cron (cron.php) as described in the documentation.
Total waste of time. Installation overly complicated. Documentation does not explain very well how to install. And overall, the app did not work for me. Developer needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out how he can simplify the installation. I do not recommend this app.

You must have experience in installing PHP scripts. The description says what additional applications should be installed. All the necessary information is in the description, you could try to install dependencies before buying. In addition, if you encounter difficulties, you can contact the developer for help. But you didn’t. What exactly didn’t work for you, you didn’t write. Maybe you don’t have any experience with PHP scripts at all.

Doesn't work. Needs crazy version not compatible on most servers to run, some crazy java junk, bugs galore, horrible support.

You have a very bad hosting if there is not even an extension php-json. On a normal hosting, this can be easily installed.
Rude and the program does not state that it will not run on windows. Waste of Money and time.

You need to read the description before buying. In the description it is written that this script was not tested for Windows. It's not my fault.
