Hi, does it have inventory management for water bottles? For example a company have 500 bottles that are recycled and 6 customers who are having weekly subscription for 4 bottles per week. Does it manage inventory of bottles for eg. how many bottles are in the store and how many bottles are at customer places that will be returned for recycling when new bottles get delivered to them.

where is the frontend website for the users. It is only the admin section
This is major for admin to maintained all financials, inventory and customers. Front end portal will take time to be ready, if you want instantly, I will make it for you one page that will be client order page so once they will order you will get and email also there will be one excel sheet where all order which ordered by front end will be present so then after delivery of bottles you can mark confirmed entry in billing software
