I was a happy customer and love your extension.
Although I am very unhappy to see that the “promised” ability to “Upload an Image” is not included. The ability to Upload an Image on the customizable form in essential to site functionality.
Without the ability for the customer to upload an example image of the product they are returning, this creates a very sloppy traffic flow. How do you expect your plugin to be beneficial in making product returns? How is the customer supposed to show you the defective product?
Do you really expect customers to have to “email” the website owner an image of the item the are returning? How is this a functional solution?
Product returns can not be accepted based off the customers good word. We need to have visual proof that the product is defective.
Please let me know when the “promised” feature of Uploading an image can be made public.

Hi, thanks for the interest! 1. Yes. 2. and 3. Warranty is sold with the product. You cannot purchase a warranty in anyway if it didn’t come with the product. So, I’m not sure about that it will work as expected
My website currently support customers to pay in USD and HKD. However, I have noticed that your plugin in do not convert the amount correctly between USD and HKD. For instance, if the 24 months warranty that I have set as USD $20 was shown as + HKD$ 20.00 after I have changed the currency into HKD. Could you please advice me how to solve the issue?

Hi, can you please update the plugin and make it responsive, since if you try to make a return by your phone the button is hidden, which is not good. Also it would be great if you can make the admin to receive email for the return request.

1)After submitting RMA from order history page, I was led to “/my-account/request-warranty/” with a BLANK page and there is no new RMA on admin either. ( permanat link is saved already!)
2)I dont quite understand why the other options are disabled when” Item Returns” is enabled? What if customer and admin want to allow Return and Refund? .

3) When the customer has delivered/sent the return package with the expeditor. I would like the customer to be able log on to their account and write the track,n trace number. (used as a proof for the customer that the package has been returned)
4) When we approve the return for the products, I would like to attach the return label as a pdf file in the email sent to the customer

Hi, thanks for your interest. You can use the manager to create custom warranties requests. So, they’re not dependable from being requested on the requests page. If you’ve already had some purchases and you just want to add this system, but for your existing customers too, you’ll be just fine. Keep in mind, that you’ll have to make requests manually for the given orders that weren’t processed by the warranty request form. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the comment. None of these errors point to WAR plugin. Are you using the Warranties and Returns for WooCommerce 3.1.0 as well? If so, try deactivating the plugin to see if the errors are gone. If they stay, they’ve got nothing to do with the plugin. If they’re there, please do open a ticket using our support forum.
