HI, I’m considering buying this, but I’m not sure the design will fit my themes and if it’s easy to customise so it looks good in my theme. If I buy it and can’t make it work, will I be able to get a refund?
Hi, well, you can customize the looks by custom CSS. It can of course fit any theme. If you do that yourself and you’re not happy with the outcome we’ll surely refund that. Don’t ask the support for this as it is considered customization and installation which we don’t do. Thanks.

When someone redeems their warranty can you make it so they have to pay a small fee, such as a $3.00 shipping fee?
Can you make it so that all products from past purchases and future purchases come with a lifetime warranty?
Hi, thanks for the interest. Payments are not managed by this plugin, if you want to keep the $3 you’ll in your order when you approve the refund give back Amount-$3 that should work. As for the second question, yes. There’s an option for the default warranty too, so you can add a lifetime warranty for your existing products. If you don’t like it mention this conversation and you’ll be refunded. Thanks.
When a return is made, will it RE-stock the inventory amount ?

As will the default warranties associated with the products inside, I’m not sure about that either, will they’ll be added on a purchase. Q1: I like to have a separate “Support Page” on my site where a buyer can go as a “guest without logging in” and request for refund (without logging in). Is this possible?
Q2: How is the GUEST RETURNS SUPPORT PAGE handled, is it through a “shortcode” that I can embed on my help and support page?
Q3: Will your plugin allow me to set “refund policy on each Product_ID basis?
For example :
Product_X: 30 days guarantee,
Product_Y: 45 days guarantee….
Q4: Can I assign different “Return Warranty” address for different Product_ID#’s?
Example: Digital Products require no Warranty Address,
Physical products require a “Physical return address”.

Hi, 1. Yes, that’s available. 2. Guest enters his email address and the order ID, afterwards he can request a warranty/return. 3. If this “refund policy” is the return policy, then no. If this is your warranty then yes, you can set all sorts of warranties. As for the returns, this part is not that much developed in a plugin and if you need to use it only for the returns then I suggest that you skip it for now. 4. No. Thanks.

Can your plugin work with any of existing custom order number plugins? We use sequential order plugin, but your plugin shows only internal WC ID in the admin area, which makes things rather confusing.
Hi, custom order plugins? What do those do? I’m sure we only take database IDs of the orders, so some filters in between might lack. Have you opened a support ticket about it? We can surely take a look, but no promises, as the Support Policy says no customizations, and basically when something is not mentioned on item pages or not tested, it cannot be guaranteed to work.
