Is the plugin indicate the size wich the client is waiting ?
Yes, client can select the product variation which should be added to waitlist, so it can indicate size, color or any other attribute, which is used for product variations.

Plugin can show only subscribe button if you are logged in with your wordpress account. If issue occurs always not only for logged in users please contact our support team. To start a new support ticket you need to register on a forum: here.
Ok it shows up sometimes and then looks weird.
Pre-sale question – do you know if this works with The Event Calendar (Modern Tribe) Event Tickets Plus (using Woocommerce to sell tickets)? I would like to add this to the Registration section of these product pages.
Unfortunately we didn’t test it with Event Tickest Plus, though plugin uses woocommerce_get_availability to create a subscription button, so it will work only if your plugin for selling tickets also uses this hook.
Now that I added my products back in stock, its not sending the emails to the waitlist. and even when I click to send manually it just go to a blank page. What is happening?

Is it will auto get email in user profile. So user just click to button . Done. OR they need to input email? Do they have a page product waitlist? Like a cart?
User needs to provide the email address only when he is not logged in. After login he only needs to click the button and it’s done.
Will each user have a frontend page with all product they added to wishlist. Like the way they added product to cart?
Yes, all waitlisted products are displayed on ‘my account’ page, it looks like this: screenshot.
I saw it used dashboard page. Not there own plugin page, such as cart page. Can you update it become wishlish page without used dashbboard page?

I’m using Events Ticket Plus which is an extension for the Events Calendar Pro plugin. It adds Woocommerce functionality to the events custom post type however out of the box ‘waitlist’ ability doesn’t seem to work. Have you heard of anyone trying to add your plugin to events ticket plus? I saw a comment on their forum that someone was able to with some template modifications but would like to see if you could offer any insight, thanks.

I am having an issue with this plugin being enabled and when I choose a variation that is out of stock, it doest state out of stock or how many is left and it doesnt show the wait list subscription.
When I disable the plugin, variations and out of stock for those variations work correctly.
Its possible it has happened in latest Woocommerce update or using Sucuri Cloud Proxy/firewall

Hello, I’m evaluating this plugin and was wondering. Is there a way to notify customers once a product is added to the store, instead of after it is restocked? I sell unique digital downloads on my site, and customers want to be notified whenever I upload new products before they get purchase.
Unfortunately we don’t have option to send automatic notification after new product is added to the store. Though list of all subscribers is always available in waitlist admin panel and can be easily exported, so you can use it to send the notifications about new products manually.
I downloaded and install it, but there still appears version 1.7 ?

I have the version 1.7 installed. I received an email that a new update is available. But in the dashboard I don’t see any update. What is the best way to update the plugin? Thanks in advance.
To update the plugin please:
1. Download the latest version of the plugin from Downloadssection of your Envato account.
2. Change folder name of the old version of the plugin installed in your WordPress and deactivate it.
3. Upload the zip file via Upload Plugin option or via FTP.
4. Activate installed plugin.
5. If everything is working ok you can remove the old version of the plugin.
Thanks for the link to version 1.8. Unfortunately this version does not work without problems. After the update, the inventory in the admin area is no longer displayed when you call the product list. So again the old version 1.7 installed. Now everything goes again.

After new update to version 1.9, stock info in products listing (admin site) is disappeared?

Hi – do you have any customers using your plugin with WP All Import for inventory management?
We use WP All Import to import Stock Status from a central database. If the import changes the Stock Status from outofstock to instock, will your Back in Stock automatic emails be sent?
Unfortunately we don’t have any customers using WP All Import, though if import changes default woocommerce product in stock/out of stock statuses it should work properly with Waitlist.
Same problem as zisko and now not with the 1.8 version but also again with the 1.9 version. So again uninstalled and the 1.7 version installed. Maybe it will run again sometime.

Hi! Pre-sale question: I send my woocommrce transactional mails with sendinblue with plugin sendinblue for woocommerce. is it also possible to send the email from your plugin with the same way (sendinblue)?
You can export subscription list and use it in external mailing system (list contains info about product, variation, group and category so can be easily managed) – this way it should work also with sendinblue.
thank you, but this is not my question. the customer inserts his email-adress and push the button “Notify me!”. now he get an email (and admin also?) how does these emails send? Wordpressintegratet phpmailer? third party mailer (e.g. Postman SMTP Mailer or Sendinblue for Woocommerce)?
We use PHPMailer for notifications, in our online documentation you can check available email settings.
I am having problems in the browsers mozilla and internet explorer, when I have variable product the box appears even the product being in stock .. what can I do? Is generating confusion on my site.

I have a product with 2 attributes, and many of them set to out of stock. However, only a single combination when selected will display the subscribe to waitlist button. I don’t see what makes that 1 combination display the button and the rest not.
