Hi, I was looking at the demo site on a mobile screen and the button with “add to waitlist” seems to get cut off halfway. Can this be modified?

Can you have the add to cart button and the subscriber on an out of stock item?
No, with our plugin, when product is out of stock, you can only subscribe for the waitlist and get the notification once product is back in stock. There is no “add to cart” option for out of stock products.

Pre sale question:
When testing your live demo and first writing in a non-email and clicking the “add to waitlist” button an error message is displayed correctly. If entering an email after that nothing happens when clicking the button.

Is there any locale .po/.mo files for translation?
Unfortunately there is none. Although all texts in the plugin settings can be customized, please check the available options in the documentation.

I have checked our plugin but i can not find any reason for the wrong translation. Question: Is this for customers who already have an account or for those who don’t? It makes sense to acquire the email address of a visitor who is not yet a customer but would become one if the product becomes available. Would existing customers also need to subscribe?

Plugin has been working great but would love to see the option to use full catalog image size of product in the email body as the thumbnail size is pretty tiny and not proportional to the size of the email frame.

Waitlist mail layout are customise the same way as the rest of e-mails send via woocommerce. You can use ready to use WooCommerce mail templates or change them on your own accessing amails folder via wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\emails and add changes there. Demo should work now – can you please check this again? As long as we can’t guarantee that our plugin will work with Group buy and deals plugin I think that the best solution would be if you just test it and request refund if it won’t be compatible. Unfortunately we don’t have option to display a counter with number of subscribers, but I will talk to our developers about implementing this feature, because it sounds like a great idea

Presale question: Do you use security token in subscription form example wp nonce. I’m using static cache for product pages. Token will be expired in cached page and subscription form will not working. Do you use nonce in ajax form post?
In Waitlist for WooCommerce – Back In Stock Notifier we don’t use any type of security tokens in subscription form.
did you already upgrade the plugin with following feature?
1.) In Germany, you are only allowed to send somebody an email if the customer opted in via Double Opt-in. 2.) In the emails sent to the customer, there needs to be an option/link to opt out of the list.
Currently this options isn’t avaliable in our plugin, though it is still on our todo list.
Hi, I have a pre-purchase question. For this plugin can it work with variations in a drop-down menu that have been greyed out using Woocommerce_variation_is_active?
We have to grey out our variations due to frustration on our customers part of having to find what is in stock. Some products have 200 variations.

Preferably we would want something like this, but if it works in any way that would be a plus!

Unfortunately I don’t have all the information I would need to fuly reply to your question. As I understand the greyed out variations are the ones that are not activate/will not be able to be choose by the user? Our plugin will not be compatible with this solution as our plugin will not work with variations that can’t be chosen via WooCommerce options.

I have a pre-sale question. I use a short code to add the “add to cart” button. Will this plugin work where this button is placed? I mean, when I am out of stock, will this button change to “join the wait list”? I asked this because I tried a free waitlist plugin and it only worked on the product page, and that is not good to me. Our plugin is working only on product pages as well, so unfortunately it will not work with your button.

Can I choose to how many subscribers the mail is send? If I have 100 subscribers and I increase stock with 1. Will the plugin send a mail to 100 subscribers?
Our plugin have ‘Enable postponing emails option’ in product edit page that will let you delay send ‘Back In Stock’ message. You can view or edit queue to adjust and decide who to send email or when to do it.
