When I upload the new version of this plugin my whole site goes down. My support has expired but it seems kind of ridiculous to pay to get help for this. I tried a few different times. The site works perfectly until I remove the old version of the plugin and then upload the new one.

Hi, does this plug-in support allowing a customer to leave their email for the parent of variations if none of the variations are in stock? We have situations where we have rotating variations so showing all the variations would be untenable from a user experience perspective. Can have up to 10 variations due to different flavours of a product we bring in for exclusive periods of the year. So we have a catalog of up to 10-15 variations and can’t show them all. We want the customer to be notified for any of the variations being in stock, and not have to leave their email per variation. Is this possible?
Unfortunately we don’t have any option to automatically detect all product’s variation, check their stocks and send notifications based on that, but all subscriptions are saved in admin panel with the product and variation information, so you can export list easily to check all subscribers added for the particular product. Although it would be only half-solution because you would need to manually send notifications for variations which were not on the subscriptions list.

The e-mail message can be send automatically after the product will be back to stock or the e-mail message can be delay via option avaliable in the plugin.

Right now the plugin doesn’t have an option that would allow downloading the information from the subscriber list.
It is not working with variable products. Also, the edit page (variable product) is not saving. I am using flatsome.

Is it possible to :
- use $count$ placeholder in the email template ?
- For Members pre-filling their Email Id in the Subscription Form and for non-Members pre-filling their Email Id with the first filling (to do not have to refilled another time)
1. Right now $count$ will not work but I will discuss to add it to the available shortcodes list.
2. Both logged in and not logged in users subscribe request will be remembered by the plugin Subscription list till the product will be back in stock. The only difference is that no logged in user will always see the subscription form even if they already subscribed to that product.
1. Sure you have to add it ! it is very useful to encourage customers to buy faster. Me for example I sell unique products (stock =1) and after selling it, I make another new one (I need 1 to 2 weeks). My customers are aware that the product is available but they should also know that several other customers have put an alert and they may buy it with them. So $count$ is a very important variable in the email message !!!
2.my question was whether the email address field could be pre-filled if we already identified the customer – it’s silly to have him enter his email when we already know it.
And for the unregistered, if the person has already made a request for an alert and has therefore first entered his email address, we must not ask him to enter it when making new requests for alerts (store the value of his email address in a cookie)
