No support realy !!!!
I particuliereement disappointed . I purchased a product that does not work! their "visual composer" is not compatible with my theme wordpress.Comment could I have guessed ?
Nothing is said on their website and on the media.
It is not normal. One should not buy a product that does not work.

Hi,
1) As written in your ticket opened if you theme uses a custom version of visual composer the problem doesn't depend by our plugin. We develop all plugin for official visual composer.
2) As written in ticket replied on "May 1, 2016" contact envato and ask the refund.
3) Plugin works well and we give all support at our customers for our product.

the plugin works well. So I think there is a conflict with other plugin.
I didn't see any support request so if you want solve the eventual issue open a ticket https://adtheme.ticksy.com because the plugin works well.
