I don’t mind paying for support/updates but I am getting really frustrated with publishers reposting the exact same plugin under a different name. This crap has got to stop. You are the third publisher that has pulled this on me.

I have the same problem that all others. I feel stolen.
Broken and buggy after last WooCommerce update, causing major headaches with Holiday sales. Tried rolling back WooCoomerce, but no joy. Very upsetting because it was working just fine, and then crapped out on me at the worst possible moment.
Requests for support through developer’s support system are being completely ignored, feeling very left out in the cold about this, even after purchasing twice…

Hello. It has only been 5 days since my last post – but it’s 5 days to many. There are people here and on your forums that have been asking for the past month to be assisted.
On your CodeCanyon page it states you have a 1 business day response time – we should look at getting this changed to 1 business MONTH.
As a collective we feel that we are entitled to our previous purchase of the plugin to be transferred to the new product or at VERY LEAST a response from you, the developer, as to why we haven’t been moved over to the new product (which by the way was silly just for a name change).
It’s a lovely working plugin (when it works) and it would be a shame to not use something we’ve paid for.
I insist that you reply to this, and everyone above, ASAP.
