and your website is down.
Sure thing my friend,
Please submit a Ticket using the link below and our dedicated Support Team will be delighted to help you with this.
i think its resolved for now i have another plugin that i am having issues with that i think caused the problem
Great to hear
Hello, this plugin works on archive pages (categories, tags, ..)?
It works on the template?
Yes, this plugin adds a button to the Wordpress content-editor and provides an easy-to-use interface for inserting stunning shortcodes into the content area of any page.
As long as the Archives page for the theme you’re using is setup like a normal page template, all will be well.
Line 35 of vision.php is apparently no longer needed as the webfonts folder no longer exists in the plugin. As a result the plugin produces an invalid request on every page of every customer’s sites. Which is obviously not good.
wp_register_style( 'vision-social', VISION_TINYMCE_URI . '/webfonts/ss-social.css' );
Thanks so much for this info my friend
We’ve just implemented the fix and we’ll be submitting the updated files very soon.
We’ve fixed this issue and submitted the new files to Envato. The updated files should be posted shortly and you’ll receive an email when they become available.
Here are details of this new version:
New: Added plugin options panel (WP-Dashboard -> Vision)
New: Added ability to recieve automatic updates from the Dashboard. (simply add your purchase code to the new options panel)
Update: Removed functionality for Wordpress 3.9 and below
Update: Font-Awesome updated to it's latest version
Bug Fix: Removed function for "web-social.css"
What’s new in 3.4?
3.4.0 is primarily a maintenance release, removing unnecessary code…..here is changelog:
Awesome – love the Dashboard!
Thanks so much!
So I’ve contacted support and they’re actively assisting but so far no solution. Hoping someone here who may have had a similar problem can add to the discussion. I’m getting font 404s from vision – specifically THIS file that actually doesn’t exist in the the plugin.
I’ve seen a few other people on the web asking and someone here on codecanyon as well. Any ideas? Thanks.
SS-Social is an icon-font that has been removed from Vision and replaced with FontAwesome.
Please re-download the Vision plugin files from CodeCanyon and the error will be fixed.
How can i do circle loader icon smaller and align the left edge
Thanks for your query.
This can be achieved by the use of some Custom CSS

tell me how to do so that the circle loader icons were next to each other
Hi, is this 100% compatible with WordPress version 4.7?
It actually doesn’t work on wordpress 4.7 just wasted my money on it. How do I purchase for a refund? P.S. I have already contacted your supported team about it and they said they are looking into it but cannot give me an ETA about them it will be solved.
The live demo is running Wordpress 4.7 and we also tested on another hosting environment running 4.7. Vision working well in both places.
Sometimes certain themes need some minor CSS tweaks to override their custom settings.
I’ve just been notified of the Ticket and I’m sitting down to tackle it now. I’ll respond back to your Ticket likely within the hour and you can decide if you’d still like refund, we’re happy to provide it.
We’re here to help
Hi, I will like a refund still please. thanks
Yes sure thing, we’re happy to process the refund. Please follow the link below to submit a refund. Thank you
A quick side note for others who might be interested in Vision and Twenty Seventeen theme…...We just want to ensure you that Vision Plugin has been thoroughly tested and is 100% compatible with the Twenty Seventeen theme.
The error was simply caused by a 4 column layout being inserted into the content area of Twenty Seventeen theme (which is a very narrow area only wide enough for 3 columns).....the 4 columns caused an overlap of elements.
I saw that this plugin isn`t working on my site anymore. I have latest version of WP and Vision, but the design is broken. http://frognermedia.no/webdesign/
Any idea why?

Can the size of the progress bar (so the circle border that fills up as the bar counts) be customized?
Yes the progress bars can be easily customized. Size (thickness), color and rounded corners are available.
Hi I bought this plugin a number of years ago for a particular site. I never quite got it to work as clicking on an insert item – made the top half of the window out of the monitor viewing area – so could not fill in the details.
I’m just resisting the site and looked again at this plugin. I see that others had a similar issue and there is a fix for it. Could you tell me how to fix it.
I’ve tried to get in contact with your support link – but it appears to not be working – says that server is down.
Thanks in advance.
Please download the file linked below and replace the existing file in the Vision Plugin. The file is located here: ..../plugins/vision/css/popup.css
Really sorry about this. I downloaded the file but put in wrong folder.
Ive forgotten file name.
Could you just tell me file name and where it goes.
The name of the file is popup.css and goes into the CSS folder found in wp-content>plugins>vision>css.
Please let me know if there are any more questions I may answer for you
Thanks Again for your very efficient support.
Thanks and you are more than welcome
Just wondering if anyone knows how to force an element to go under an item.
Eg. If I use the plugin to create 3 columns – vision_one_third 3 times. How do I force the next text I put underneath this – especially if I have only short text in 3rd column.
Any help appreciated.
May I kindly ask you to submit a ticket using the link below and our Support Team will be delighted to help.
I want to enter text into progress circles. Would this be able to do what I want?
Unfortunately, this element only accepts number characters.
Please let me know if there are any more questions I may answer for you.
it’s support RTL ?
Unfortunately Vision is not currently formatted for RTL. The shortcodes will still render nicely, however the direction of the text will stay Left-To-Right.
Please let us know if there’s anything else we may assist you with.
if i add my own custom shortcodes by way of following the documentation. wont my custom shortcodes get overwritten when i update the plugin?
Unfortunately, I am not knowledgeable of a documentation for the vision plugin to extend its functionality with custom shortcodes.
A basic outline of the files required for modification to the plugin….
- add the shortcodes (PHP) to “vision-shortcodes.php”
- add the CSS to vision-shortcodes.css
- add the shortcode to the dropdown list in “tinymce-menu.js”
Modifications to the plugin WILL get overwritten if upgrades the plugin are made.
It’s not recommended to modify the plugin unless by the developer and/or if you wish not to upgrade in the future.
do you plan to add data tables shortcode?
I am going to forward this question over to the development team and provide you with a response as soon as one is available.
lovely looking plugin. Could we use our own images instead of icons with your plugin? Also, is it shortcode based?
