My friend i was carrier by 15 years and let me tell you something this implementation no make sense if you no integrate API with providers 100% jejeje, this kind of services that you are showing in Demos 
, actually this kind of services is for fast delivery, it mean at moment that customer paid servcies their received servcies, and them think about it, actually impossible to have in local databse list of DID numbers, destination rates my friend, because change everyday, ect.

It’s a pure form plugin integrating with the PayPal payment gateway. After purchase, you will get an invoice and you need to provide everything (phone number, plan, minutes, etc.) manually to the customer as its not possible to create/provide/manage automatically.

Hi, I want to start a business offering fixed monthly plans which includes a virtual number and bundled free minutes.
Basically, a visitor will first:
1) Select the country/city/number prefix where they want a local or tollfree number 2) Select the country/Enter the nbr, where they want to forward incoming calls to
The website will then offer to the visitor a selection of
3) three or four monthly subscription plans (eg platinum, gold, silver, bronze) whereby each plan will contain the following information:- the monthly charge for that plan
- the number of free minutes included in that plan
- display a usage charge/minute (if the free bundled minutes are exceeded)
4) The visitor selects a plan and the monthly charge associated with that plan, will be added to the cart for Paypal or credit card payment.

I am mindful that some customization is required. Can you kindly advise if you are able/will be willing to provide customization services to the above?
