Hi, in your example: http://preview.codecanyon.net/item/vc-snow-background/full_screen_preview/14205807 the snow is actually in the background and does not cover any buttons etc… but for me the snow sits on top of all elements (buttons etc..) I have tried using rows inside rows and multiple combinations, still same effect. Can you please let me know how I can set the snow to be in the background?
Hey, This is most likely a simple z-index incompatibility with the theme.
Please try custom CSS: .vc-snow-background-bg { z-index:0!important; }
if 0 doesn’t work please try -1.

Esteemed company the snow effect is very nice, however it does not work with pages within link, I mean the Vs snow does not allow the possibility to click on the button and select the page or categories. With product it works. In addition to this I would be know if it’s work on the template…all the background template.

Hey, Such small incompatibility happens with some themes and there is not much we can do about it. Some themes just needs some simple CSS.

Thanks for purchasing. It should work by simply adding the element to a row. No more, so there is no manual for this 
Please send us the link to the subpage where this doesn’t work or PM us wp-admin credentials (this will speed up the troubleshooting). It’s propably some minor incompatibility with the theme which can be fixed in seconds.
