Not sure if i remember when purchased but now you can't hold a continuing conversation. The conversation list doesn't auto refresh. It doesn't matter if all plugins are disabled or what them i use, so i changed my review because you have to wait on the message popup, then click on that popup to view the new message instead of in the coversation box.

If after the administration system, theme or other plugin update our plugin does not work properly, then first need to initiate a support ticket to inform us, then we find your theme or plugins defects, or conflicts and fix them, then we test to see if everything is fine and only then we can release the update, it takes time...
