Hi, How the user is informed why he’s redirected and what he’s supposed to do ?
Hello , to inform the user you can add a page which shows this notification and you can redirect the user to this particular page , thanks
I bought the plugin but does not help me, because I have several user roles and each role different fields complete. By having different fields, no user would reach 100% completion. It used only if all users have to fill exactly the same fields.
Hello , yes sure this is in our plans and will be released soon , thanks for the feedback
What is the shortcode for this bar to display?
Hello , the shortcode is not available yet however this is in our plans and will be released soon thanks
Hi, Liked your Plugin and I want to purchase!
Before that, I just wanted to confirm if one user can create a multiple companies and company-wise services posting? Also I want to display list of users, list of companies and list of services . Are these features available? Please inform.
Hello , this plugin is used in conjunction with Userpro to show the completion based on filled fields by the users , the functionality that you are expecting is not available with the plugin thanks
This plugin crashes the site. If activated, multiple warnings show up. When deactivated, the site works fine.
Hello , could you please drop a note via http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact with full and clear error details thanks
The update to the plugin did not fix it. Still shows the same warnings and crashes the site when activated-
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /.../wp-content/plugins/userpro-completeness/functions/api.php on line 30
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /.../wp-content/plugins/userpro-completeness/functions/api.php:30) in /.../wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228
is it normal to see progress bar at the top of All Users Activities page using only [userpro template=activity] shortcode?
Hello , thank you for bringing this to our notice , I have reported it and will be fixed in the next update thanks
It would be nice to have different progress bars for different user roles.
Hello , thank you for your suggestion , I have noted it down and will check the feasibility to implement the same thanks
This plugin works fine when logged in. If not logged in, there are redirect errors and the site won’t load. Having bought the majority of your plugins, its disappointing how much errors I am encountering or how some plugins are so underwhelming once purchased, I won’t actually be using them and have wasted my money. It would be more honest, if you had an actual demo rather than pictures that potential buyers could interact with.
Can you please drop a note via : http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact , so that we can get the issue to closure there.
Thanks, have a nice day
Helllo, I have figured out that the problem is caused by having the full site restriction for the completeness plugin enabled while having the same setting set in the main userpro plugin.
These two should work together better, but the main problem I’m having is that this plugin redirects everyone who doesn’t have a complete profile including visitors. I would like to only redirect those who are logged in.
In the meantime, I hope this helps anyone else who runs into the redirection problem.
What version of UserPro is required to use this add-on? would it work on 1.0.72?
Hello , yes it should work with 1.0.72 but I recommend you to use the latest version of UserPro plugin , thanks
i’am the admin of my website and i want know the percentage of my users in a userpro memberlist/search page, but the percentage displayed when i try to view or edit the users profiles is always my admin percentage. it’s a bug?
I need to store percentage to a meta_key in wp_usermeta DB table, it’s possible?
Thank you very much.
Thank you for writing to us.
- Can you please drop a note via : http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact , with the details of your website, so that we can have a look at it?
- Yes, this can be achieved by doing some code changes to the plugin files.
This is kinda asked above, but can you add a section to customize the percentage bar color to match any site color configuration ? Thank you !
also when logged out the profile bar is showing 0% on mine (which is 5% when logged in) Have you tried on your end what percentage shows up when you are logged out ? Thank you !
- We are already in a process of updating the addon with the different color functionality for the progress bar
- Thank you for letting me know about the issue for the progress bar – I have noted it down and we will fix this in our future update.
Would you like to add different progress bars for different user roles? It important i think…
Yes sure this is in our plans and will be implemented soon , thanks have a nice day
Hi, thanks for this great plugin.
Is there a way to display the progress bar with a message to complete your profile in a sidebar widget instead of just on the profile page?
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, there is a widget available, using which you can display the Remaining Profile details with points on the sidebar widget. You can use “Completeness Points Widget” .
I don’t see any widgets like this listed under Appearance -> Widgets.
Thank you for your response.
Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version for User Profile Completeness Addon – i.e. 1.4 ?
Hi, when I have the “Restriction to View Full Site” set to yes, even logged-out or guest users, are send the the profile page, which re-directs to the login page, which means you cannot get to any other place on the website, and as I say, even for guest users, or non-logged-in users.
Can you please drop a note via – http://codecanyon.net/user/DeluxeThemes#contact , with the details of your website, so that our support team can have a look at it and guide you further ?
This is a really cool addon. It definitely has the features to force your users to complete the sections of their profile that you require before letting them explore your site. Very awesome concept. I have not thourougly explored this addon yet but I like what I see and look forward to maximizing its potential to make users complete their profiles.
I do have a couple feature request that would really add some punch to this addon.
1) Multiple Completeness “Sections”
Meaning, keep the same features you already have, just add the ability to break the whole profile down into groups or “sections” that could have their own set of completeness settings.
This way you could have a separate completeness settings for the User Account info, the main profile, or whatever fields you want to group together to form a completeness “section”.
2) Make the “profile completeness bar” visible in “Profile View” as well as the profile edit view.
3) Add a label to the Profile Completeness Bar making sure the user knows what it represents.
- Thank you for all your suggestions, I will make a note of it and the team will analyse and see if that is feasible adding to the plugin.
