The plugin purpose is good but the execution is very bad. Quality of the plugin is very disappointing. Some of the functionality is not working. Navigation is awful. For the quality, the price is very high, it should be around $10 to $15.
As a very inexperienced Wordpress user I had a few problems installing the plugin and with very little technical ability didn't know how to rectify it! However, reached out the the team at Solwin and they worked tirelessly talking me through every click until I got the plugin up and running! Couldn't be happier 10/10 customer service!

A very useful plugin for us to understand client behavior, Very flexible to use, Excellent support, Almost did not ask for help, Everything is understandable.
We would be very happy if you can classify customers by groups and filter it, The star icon is not enough
With the groups we can divide customers and export them into csv spreadsheet, For late marketing like mailchimp or other popular wordpress marketing plugin.
Give option to open multi groups for example: suspicious, loyal, active, favorite etc ...
In any case, this is a good start, Thank you

This plug-in logs everything, even activities of back-end tools like backup and SEO plug-ins. I like the detail of user activity which this product helps track. I'd prefer it didn't include the plug-in activities which results in a large log database.
