Is it support downloads of digital goods once funds raised ?
It works on top of WooCommerce and we guess it should work. Please do reach our support at http://support.fantasticplugins.com so that our support can check and let you know.
I bought your unit today. I have a problem. I installed WooCommerce and Universe Funder . I set PayPal preapproval in the “Settings” with the ID, password and API signature.
I created a campaign to try payment pre-authorization . When I try to validate a payment by clicking on “Order” , it displays an error message ” Something Went Wrong .”
However , payments appear in the backoffice (without in ” key ”, ” valid from ” and ” purchase amount” ) in the ” Paypal preapproval ” tab.
I do not understand why it does not work … Have you any idea?

wondering if the front end could function like the back end… Meaning i want to create fundraisers much like the ones you see on teespring and bonfirefunds….Person submits t-shirt design and then sells t-shirts to cover costs… Not sure how to make this work currently other than If I set up each campaign as a product from backend that way i can set the goal ( target ) to be costs to cover the break even point before charging any customers and printing tees… It works great if i create a product from backend and set goal but when doing front end submission the person either has to set up a crowdfund campaign or a purchase product campaign and if they choose product the target is set to price of 1 shirt or set to product price and not the product goal which would be what i need in order for person to cover costs before printing… please help and again basically i want person to be able to start their own campaigns like on teespring and bonfirefunds – upload design , set price per shirt , based on that calculate goal to equal breakeven costs… Basically be nice to charge @ breakeven point but set goal of total $$$ to end campaign…

Hello, I cannot set the number of items sold as the goal, only total amount. What we need to do is ability to set for example 200 sold items as a goal instead of amount pledged.
Also, I absolutely don’t get what the difference is between the Universe and Galaxy versions even after reading through the comments. Can you be more specific what one version has and the other does not have? Perhaps example of situations when it’s better to use one instead of the other. Thank you.

Universe Funder is a All or Nothing type of Crowdfunding Plugin while Galaxy Funder is a Keep What You Raise type of Crowdfunding Plugin.
Is it possible to create campaigns like teespring ?
I mean setting sales item goal instead of funds raise goal ?
As of now this isn’t possible. We will look into the feasibility in future.
I bought this product because I need something that is pretty similar to crowdfunding.
My purpose is to sell a product that only can be sold when I have sold 250 of them.
So I need to start a “funding” to sell 250 products and then I let it produce. The only thing missing right now in this plugin is the goal as number of products. Right now the goal is an amount, but to set it to an number of products is what I need. I hope this can be done!
Thank you very much!
This feature isn’t available. We will look into it during this week and let you know.
That is great news, thanks! There’s no other plugin with decent support that does this. I hope it works out!
Sure, we will see what best we can do. Meanwhile if you can create a support ticket at http://fantasticplugins.com/support with this feature request, it will be easier to follow up on this feature request.
Can I have a problem with:
Adaptive Payments is Moving to Limited Release – What you Need to Know
September 27, 2016
On October 6th we will begin the process of moving the Adaptive Payments product into a limited release mode.
Limited release means a few things for…
As far as we know users are able to use Adaptive Payments even now. You can also check with PayPal to be very clear. Thanks.
So far none of our users said anything like that and hence hard for us to say anything. Thanks.
What is the difference between “Universe Funder” and “Galaxy Funder”?
Does this plugin, or “Galaxy Funder” support other kinds of crowd funding or just “all or nothing”?
Galaxy Funder is Keep What Your Raise type of Crowdfunding and Universe Funder is All or Nothing type of Crowdfunding. What other types you are looking for?
My purpose is to sell a product that only can be sold when I have sold 50 of them. So I need to start a “funding” to sell 50 products and then I let it produce. As per my understanding, right now the goal is an amount. Is there also to chance to set the goal as number of products?
Yes, we have the Campaign End Method -> Target Quantity which should help. Please contact our support at http://fantasticplugins.com/support by opening a ticket for any info/help.
What is the difference between this one and Galaxy Funder – WooCommerce Crowdfunding System ?
Universe Funder is a All or Nothing type of crowdfunding and Galaxy Funder is Keep What You Raise type of crowdfunding.
can you explain more ?
All or Nothing type – the amount is charged only when the campaign closes successfully at the end
Keep What You Raise type – the amount is charged as and when the contribution is made
Please check all the details to see if this is what you need.
thanks for explanation
I am very keen to purchase this plug in but have a question. I need for the user to be able to raise funds against a customizable WooCommerce product. Does the plugin allow for it?
Please let me know
We are not clear on what you mean by customizable WooCommerce product. Please feel free to contact our support by opening a ticket at http://fantasticplugins.com/support with more details so that our support can check and let you know.
