Yes, it should work with your theme if it use default magento blocks. However, we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility. It might require slight changes in your code, you will need to contact our Support Center.

I have a question:
we want use the tabs “normal” but the entire content should appear and the tabs function as links (as an anchor link, so to speak).
Is this possible with your extension?

1. You want to show all tabs content one below other and tabs name should act as anchor link? Unfortunately it is not possible

If you want to add tab with cms content to product page – it is also possible.

Ok, it is clear. Just to clarify:
- tabs on product page show first section with border, other sections below it, tab links act as anchor links
- tabs on cms page act as usual tabs

Small question, we upgraded the extension, is there a need to allow the block? ( in realty there is not any block named ultratabs or s in the section of ‘system -> rights -> blocks).

There is no need to add Ultratabs to white list as it is not affected by block permissions rules. Here is the details:
Magento now includes a whitelist of allowed blocks or directives. If a module or anyone uses variables like {{config path=”web/unsecure/base_url”}} and {{block type=rss/order_new}} in CMS pages or emails, and the directives are not on this list, you will need to add them with your database installation script.
Extensions or custom code that handles content (like blog extensions) might be affected. If your code uses some config variables or blocks, you need to create a data update script that adds variables or blocks to the white list tables:

Is there a way to only define a column width of the tabs on the products page while leaving the Ultratabs as-is (full-width) everywhere else?
Looking through the documentation, I simply want to have three tabs with content on my home page that isn’t associated with anything else except for the homepage. I have created individual static blocks for each tab block thinking CMS Content Block will only appear on my cms page; however, found that it does appear under Product Details too. I found out why reading more into it.
How do I just have tabs of content on my homepage?
Let me clarify further, I do eventually want to add tabs to my product details page. So, simply disabling the entire feature isn’t what I am looking for.

As I understand you did create Custom tabs. These tabs used to controll / add custom tabs to tabs on product page! And you need to add Ultratabs widget to cms page.

1. Please check that you have uploaded all extension files. Try to reupload them.
2. Check that extension files has same permissions as other magento files.
3. If you are using compilation mode – run recompile.
4. Disable cache ( System > Cache management )

I have just bought your extension and its not working when I enable it. When enabled it stop the product pages from loading so you only get to see the header of the website.

Hi strange issue, i can not remove widget from cat page. In backend there is only one widget active for this cats. Can i manually remove this block/widget from database? If i understand you correctly you want to divide your attributes set to two tabs. It is possible but require custom work.
1. Disable original attribute tab
2. Create two new templates for each attributes set
3. Add it as tabs to Ultratabs

Hi. I installed the extension but my product page broke up. The image slider stoped working and all the product images are showing up at the same time.
It looks like a Jquery problem, so I thought that by disabling the “Include Jquery” option it could be solved. But I don’t see that option in my admin panel, I can only see that option in the user guide.

Hello, related to the usage of your Ultratabs magento extension in the context of your Responsive Magento Product Slider we found your tutorial how to use them together. I´m not sure if the Ultratabs or the Product Slider cause the issue with HTML code inside the product titles as it displays the code and don´t show the HTML conversion. Is there a simple way to make it appear correctly? Regards

This is filtered by productAttribute catalog/output helper. To solve this you can change output of title in productslider.phtml template.
On line 71 there change:
<?php echo $_helper->productAttribute($_product, $_product->getName(), 'name') ?>
to
<?php echo $_product->getName() ?>

A question related to the Ultratabs can we display somehow 2 Ultratab Widgets on the same page? We tried to display two Ultratabs(CMS) with variable product categories the issue is that the content of the second Ultratabs is closed at startup(the Tab-Title is visible but the productslider not). And as soon as we activate the second(inactive) the first Ultratab-content-area gets closed(but not always)!?
Is it possible to create a second template-file?

Hello.
By default two Ultratabs instances can’t work on same page. This problem with two instances of tabs is related to the way script renders it and refers to it.
But this can be done. To allow two sets of tabs on the same page need to update script in ultratabs.js

Just to confirm that your support was great and the Extension itself works as expected. One question left related to the first-time opening of the tabs the content area disappears for a few seconds? But if you open it the second-, third-time,... it shows everthing directly?
