The plugin is not working, the thank you page doesn't work when using the plugin.

I sent them my credentials on 26th july. I wrote another mail on 30th july with no response.

I wrote another one on 2th august. They answered me saying that my credentials doesn't work, and after trying it in different computers, i resent them on 3rd august.

Today is 8th august, and I am still waiting their response.

13 days waiting for them to receive a solution.
