Was unable to get the Visual Composer elements to work as advertised. Tech support was quick to respond but did not offer any assistance or solutions and instead told me the problem was with the theme and VC plugin. After a wasted morning of emails back and forth with tech support I installed a different brands plugin and it works perfectly.

Hello, you have problem with Visual Composer itself (you can't open settings windows because VC stuck with some JavaScript error). This related to your Visual Composer issue with some JavaScript (from other plugins or theme), you need to resolve this with Visual Composer team support. Our plugin does not add any JavaScript to backend and can't give this issue. All Visual Composer elements and its settings generated by Visual Composer plugin (not by our plugin) and all backend errors or problems can't be related to our plugin (our plugin works on frontend, not in backend).

Awful Customer support who doesn't accept that their product has misconceptions. After a week of purchase , i noticed that the plugin wasn't working well. All that the support had to say was that it was problem with theme and didn't even tried to get a fix neither try to understand the issue. On my case the plugins code was taking over the theme's one and was creating problems with single product visuals. Despite the brand logo was appearing well in all places, it made buggy the picture navigation in a woocommerce single product page on a desktop computer and created a double of the picture navigation div on iOS. I use Porto theme (10238 sales and 5/5 rating). I bought YITH Brands plugin instead to display by brand logos everthing worked like a charm, since all the visual bugs are gone. Despite my request for a refund to the author, it has been rejected , and they prefer to go on a dispute. So to sum this company is based on stealing money , and not giving support for a buggy product. Well sad that you can go so low for 20 USD.. so keep it Magnuim theme.. Keep your money , my time is more precious that this plugin's price.. Keep on selling Sh.t. and good luck with prosperity..

Hello, I am sorry that you having problems with our plugin. We does not offer support for themes related issues and can't fix not our code or your theme. You need to resolve this issues with your theme developers support. This plugin purchased by more than 1200 customers and it works without any problem for everyone.

I asked support and they told me: "I does not see why you have this issue and can't check this."

Codecanyon Item support does not cover issues that related to your hosting, themes or WordPress. By refund policy rules we can't give you refund for problems that does not related to plugin itself. This plugin works without any problem and its quality confirmed by Envato Staff.

I really like the plugin, but the real reason for the rating is that their client support is second to none. I'm really, really happy with their service and the work they did to resolve compatibility issues I was having. Top shelf.

Hello, you have problem with your theme templates for taxonomy pages display in your theme and your theme support declined your request for help. We does not have any relations to your theme and terrible theme support that does not want to help you. We does not offer support for themes that we don't developed and can't change your theme code.
